Disappointed with mma, boxer must feel so bad when he realise what mma has turned into.
Crank also still never really stated what was wrong with the team other than it wasn't good for him. Having a team captain to check around certainly keep players in place. Now I don't exactly know what crank wanted but he kept on saying boxer didn't do anything and that's rubbish.

I don't understand what it was about the phone call that was so damaging to Crank. All of this just makes Jessica look even worse.

Oops double post, might as well add something here.
Crank also complained about his paid. Considering him leaving gstl match and was not a player who achieved much, he really shouldn't and can't complain about the paid. Slayers even offered him a chance to compete in gstl, a team league to offer him more on stage experience.
Not much company will do that nowadays in the real world.
I really can't think crank isn't the one at fault here. Not all, but quite a heavy part of it

EDIT: I really liked the mention of how white folks don't understand what this situation means to folks in Korea. I think this has to do with having absolute respect for authority no matter what -- it is practically baked into the language.
Read the book Outliers - it discusses how this cultural sacredness for authority caused plane crashes with Korean Air until an outside firm helped them with solving this issue. There's a reason the official language of Korean Air is now English.

What's weird is that people on TL are still divided in support or whatever. However, there those who speak both Korean and English, are also of a different views regarding this topic. However, i havent seen in the interwebs a single Korean who didnt support Jessica. Cause i (and a lot of people here) can see reasoning for and against - all of them, -MMA, Jessica, Boxer, Crank. Do you guys have a cult over there? What's happening? Or just maybe the sample is too small for me to see.

I would say that westerner place more emphasize on leader's responsibility to get the team through the hardship, notice and fix the problem within the team in a timely manner before things go spirally downward pass the point of no return. Jessica failed to do these, so in westerner's eyes, she fails as a team manager. Korean on the other hand strongly emphasize on obeying elders and if players/employees fail to do, then it their fault. I would say big corporate culture difference.
Exactly. This cultural explanation should be in the original post.

Hopefully MMA and Crank learn from this. (I am Asian, and my parents have been through family drama, so I know.)

It has to do with korean culture(i believe) that you always respect your elders and they are usually always right, that + she's an actress(which doesn't mean shit) so they back her 100%

I want to learn about this but this is way too much to go through. Is there anyone who has done a TL:DR, or some sort of concise write-up with who did what wrong, and who is right etc?

TB's statement of how he views this drama is also useless and misleading because he only wants to have his own view rather than respecting other people's views.
Nah. Just the justification for forming such views are terrible and should not be considered.
Even if my father says being left-handed is evil, it doesn't mean I should adopt that same position without objective consideration. Especially, when we have access to the same facts and the same expertise in the subject.

All these things that Jessica keeps throwing out doesn't make her more right, does she understand that? She looks uglier and uglier, no matter who else is wrong there.
I think Boxer is in a very difficult situation. He cannot keep going against his wife, doubting her and not trusting her, but it is clear that she made a mess all along. And she keeps doing it.
I don't know if her image as an actor will suffer from this, but if Starcraft is as popular as they say, it may actually. May have to switch career to movies where women with such character are actually wanted.

Oh, and I hope Jessica continues this drama. At least there's a personality to hate or to love or to love to hate :D
I hope he joins SKT1 and starts drama there. I'd like to see how her supporters on here will spin it. No doubt Bisu and Fantasy are arrogant bastards waiting to be uncovered.

You are seeing it all wrong. You need to see it like the Korean's.
She is the oldest. She was the authority figure. Therefore she is right.

Well from what I heard she was a drama actress, so maybe she's just practicing for a role or something.

Oh dear, Jessica reminds sooo much of a certain female individual at work, full on war over anything and everything.
But Crank needs to harden the fuck up and read MightyAtom's articles, you are not going to succeed if you can't even rise above the petty bullshit.

How did she make a mess? Boxer and Jessica started slayers and had a VERY good run. They won a GSTL, MMA won best new comer of 2011, and they even had the most amount of players in code S for 1-2 seasons. Jessica has enough proof to show she didn't embezzle money from the start. It's the players change of attitude that started the whole collapse. Some people are just completely ungrateful.

If 1 or 2 player was greedy it's believable however the whole team basically rebelled. Don't matter who instigated the mess, the management is definately to blame here.

But...that just doesn't make logical sense...ahhhh I can't get my head around it! x-x
