yup but TL standard=/= real world if id say to a friend (incl. korean friends) something like shibalnom they would not be amused.
Friends say "fuck you" or "motherfucker" to each other all the time. I've been to European, US and Asian and this is true everywhere.

* My memory may be incorrect, after forming SlayerS and confront us four [I believe refering to previous tweet re:World Championship], is it true that you told SlayerS members to ignore ["not say 'hi' to"] other teams? I don't think anyone said hi to me except MMA during that period. I am definitely sorry for saying "SlayerS trash" [cf. joke with Genius]
* I would ask that you not drag me into your attacks on the eSF. It's coming on a full year since I signed with a froeign team and I have never personally refused to practice partner with anyone nor have I ever ostracized anyone. I am very sorry for making those remarks at Genius, I didn't think about what I was saying.
* A few people don't seem to understand. [When/After] SlayerS was formed, there was no exchange between them and other teams, they didn't even greet us. Also, it seems I've somehow become the bad guy [I'm a little taken aback by this response]. All of my questions have gone unanswered and there is no mention of how you confronted me [...]
* [...] You only say what you want and making it so I end up looking like the bad guy. Doing this over Twitter doesn't seem appropriate. Anyone can see that you are trying to publicly shame, vilify others into apologizing to you. I'm glad you're getting your way.

Also, depends of situations... of course they are disrespectful words, but depends of so many things, that you can take it as a joke, or take it the worst way possible to beat the shit out of the guy who told that...
IMO, in games like SC2 or LoL, you can't take too seriously the word of players... in Internet we all become god and think we are immune to everything, so we act like shit and BM every single person.

Most people seem to miss the largest conclusion you can make of this entire conversation and screenshot of MC trashtalking.
Jessica's accusation of largescale bullying is being proven. MC apologised specifically on calling Genius out on being "Slayers trash". The same quote that Jessica used earlier in her very first post on why Slayers disbanded. The fact that MC used this exact quote (as a joke or not), and now specifically apologises for it, tells us that it's been used before and players know it's being used by others.

The screenshot is from a replay (as you can see), so obvious Genius didn't take screenshot at the time.
The story is (I'm not sure it's true or not) Boxer saw the chat and told Jessica, Jessica asked Genius but he didn't want say anything. Jessica then probably asked to see the replay (since they are auto saved) and then took the screenshot. Jessica asked MC and MC said he was talking to Genius and not her
|
And if the bullying was serious, shouldn't Jessica have air this out a lot sooner? Remember these are teenagers and serious bullying can affect them a lot and should be stopped right away. Why is Jessica only making this public now? And only to explain why Slayers are disbanding. Seems trying to save face and lay the blame on others rather than really caring about her players.
|
well here's the apparent context.
the replay question was apparently a practice match between MC and someone else in preparation against a SlayerS player, but Genius was there spectating. MC was telling him to gtfo and leave, and called him slayers trash/spy because he didn't want the practice builds revealed. The harshness of his method was mostly meant to be a friendly shit talk that happens between friends, but MC admits he was wrong in saying SlayerS trash, and apologies for saying that. That at least explains why he was saying gtfo and spy.
