Rape is illegal, doesn't matter whether it concerns a child, mature man, or a grandma.
Personally I don't see anything wrong with it if the teenager gives consent.

Consent is something that a child develops over time. This is not a black and white thing at all. There are children consenting to things every second. For example playing a Starcraft 2 match.

Statutory rape is different, and is treated differently, than rape by force/coercion/etc. Also, you might be interested in knowing that different jurisdictions have different ages of consent (i.e., statutory rape has different criteria depending on where you are).

Just seems like a cheap excuse not to pay Stephano. Esports needs a damn union or at the very least an organization that is non profit that will determine who gets suspended and why. Theres no doubt that corruption is behind some of these suspensions where they dont pay the players for a month. Especially a really good and more than likely high salary player such as Stephano.
Also, its in my opinion that anyone 16 or older has the right to have sex with an adult without the younger person accusing the other of "rape". At 16 you have enough cognitive ability and are practically adult enough to make your own decisions.
