Vera says she was trying to help the community grow and that she hasn't made anything out of it. Deathangel is saying that he did this because he hasn't realised he's an idiot and has the logic of a 5year old. Both of you are at major fault. Either way you've both damaged the trust which all online tournaments are based on and seeing as nearly all offline tournies have online qualifiers you've now thrown a spanner in the works and moved esports technically a step backwards. What you've both done is inexcusable and I hope your reputations are tarnished to the point of no return. Just to add, Vera you're full of crap. If you what you said above was true then you'd have come out and said it at the beginning or even earlier before you deleted all your social networking pages. Both of you need to Gtfo.

I contacted a website for a coach and was put in touch with Deathangel. However, instead of coaching, we discussed that he'd boost my account to Grandmasters to give me that initial boost to help me. Once it got to grandmasters, he continued to play the account for me regularly to keep bonus pool down/keep it active. While this happened, I put up a coaching profile to coach people. As I had never coached people, I did numerous hours of free coaching on my stream. This was known to Deathangel. While this happened, Deathangel continued to play the account and I tried to do some coaching etc. In total, I had 3 paid coaching students. Any feedback on coaching I received was from free coaching and NOT paid coaching. I have since refunded those students and apologise if it was not helpful. As people requested to see me stream, I asked Deathangel to stream on the account for me. He streamed regularly but charged $20-$30 an hour for each stream he did. Outside of streaming, each game that Deathangel played, he charged $3 per game, and as he regularly played for me, he did mini-discounts. When I was invited to play any event - Millenium Girl Tournament & AGL Invitational - that he played, he took the entire prize, which I have also refunded to the organisers - I am sorry for this being under false pretenses. I have refunded the money that I never received as I gave it to DeathAngel. We subsequently agreed to play Showmatches and he was very happy to do them - I gave him 100% of the prizes. I did not invoice SixPoolGaming for the showmatch against Sjow or Cytoplasm and so never received any money from them - However, I sent the relevant prize to DeathAngel immediately. I never received the MilleniumTV Tarson Showmatch money (yet), but I have already sent him the prize for that. The entire thing was a terrible idea, and I apologise to all people who were hurt by this. I am especially sorry to Z33K.TV and Z33K.Com as I grew the casting organisation with the casters and am sorry to leave it. Rifkin, Badfatpanda, Pengwin, and the rest - You guys were so close to me and this spiralled out of control. Z33K.TV grew to cast Dreamhack Valencia, TSL Qualifiers, Pokerstrategy.com League and run its own $1,000 Team league and If I had stopped it earlier, perhaps we could've continued on to grow it more - I apologise for misleading you like this. I am happy to step away from my position as head of Z33K.TV and will happily assist in any handover procedures necessary. I am also sorry to sixpoolgaming.com for any damage caused to their reputation - they are a great site and helped me so much and I apologise to them. What I have said here is 100% the truth from my perspective, and thus I do not intend to make any follow up posts regarding this - I am happy to step away from the Starcraft 2 Community in a professional capacity and bid you all farewell. I read your entire post and I'm glad you're attacking your partner in crime back, but quite frankly the most important thing to me is what you posted first. If you cared about ever coming clean at all, you should have stepped forwards on your own. There's no such thing as "Oh finally someone caught me; now I have the privilege of letting this all off my chest!" That's bullshit. There's no reason why you wouldn't have kept this charade up if you hadn't gotten caught. You and DA had a good- fake- thing going together (regardless of who was making more money or gaining more popularity), and it was fraudulent and you were lying to the community. There are a million ways to help contribute to e-sports without doing what you did. You two aren't getting my sympathy.

And then there were the AGL August and the Millenium Girls Tournament. I mean the all girls tournament is def the worse part... but the fact that it was MULTIPLE tournaments (two for sure) makes this even worse IMO. I thought I had seen people mention there was more than 1 tournament, glad you confirmed it for me (I only saw the AGL one in the OP, though maybe I should have read it more carefully - I don't know).

When she realized these things would be revealed she deleted everything that could be used as evidence. Even if her responses are honest she should be blackballed from the community. What she did was a complete scam, ruined competitions for women, and she still quite possible stole money via false advertising. She would be better off just saying she's sorry and removing herself from this community. As would DeathAngel.

You can keep putting "never trust women" but that will not change the fact that you made your own decisions. Every statement from you so far has been one long euphemism downplaying the significance of this and your involvement. What does "Sick life" even mean?

Of course she's going to appear more convincing Not to mention the fact that "I had good intentions" while taking people's money. The whole thing is littered with contradicting statements. If you were at all rational while doing any of this you'd realize how bad of an idea it was. I'll more than likely never know who was putting who up to it but from the looks of it I guess it doesn't really matter if you're leaving the community. I don't really want to come across as it being like: "good riddance" considering half of what you've said seems to make some logical sense. But to the contrary, the points you made about why it was justifiable fell flat on its face. To that extent, you're still all about self preservation and in this case I can't believe you still try to preface all of this with "good intentions", it's almost mind numbing. P.S: "100% the truth from my perspective" makes absolutely no sense. Truth.. from a perspective. Okay. >.> .. That'd be relativism, not objective reality. I feel the need for everyone to take a philosophy class... or something @_@;; Regardless, I still find it incredible DA doesn't seem to be taking this seriously at all. While I understand it may be harder for DA to convey what he wants to say.. from the messages he has posted, and comparing that to what vera has said, he seems a more carefree about this.

DeathAngel has been acting very childish about this, and seems to deflect any kind of blame to females and the general SC2 community. I'm not going to bother quote mining, but I'm sure people who have been keeping up with this thread have seen his oft repeated line "never trust females." However, this isn't what bothers me the most about how he's responded. He seems to completely neglect the fact he won this money under a false pretence. I don't think he owes Vera any money, because she apparently willingly gave him money for a clearly defined service, that he performed for her. However, should he reimburse Vera for the money she paid to the organizations he helped defraud? Should they split the costs 50/50? Does he actually owe anything? In my opinion, these are the questions we should be asking.
