You are literally killing eSports, gj stupid troll.
Rofl, this shady stuff MoW is pulling off is killing eSports.
Killing esports is gathering players in one place and allowing them to focus on practice + promoting them? Fuzer and his retarded defenders emailing sponsors without real knowledge what actually happened is killing esports...
Seriously though... Go and start your own practice house and wi'll see how you're doing in terms of legal matters and PR in a few months.
Fuzer is a douche, MoW are unexperienced. That's all. Give this project a breather guys... It's really good for SC2, players and esports to support those kind of endevours.

btw this one is fake. Why is he posting one skype log in a picture and the other one in text? And he was still in his "sign till XX or leave" time when he asked for his money so yeah i wouldn't pay him back either at that time. He has to officially leave before he can see any refund or else he is still using their service.
So you're 100% sure this is fake? I mean you said "this one is fake" right? No you're not shut the fuck up.
If you read it and compare it with the original in Post 1 you will notice that I EDITED IT and therefore said it's fake. Text is just to easy to fake.

Whoever messages sponsors in any regard during eSports infant state is generally hurting eSports, bad/good money is money and anything we can get is good... Trying to remove sponsors from the only real gaming house in all of Europe because of some shaddy shit that still isn't really clear to anyone is immature and ridiculous as well as showing no understanding for the eSport and lack of compassion for the rest of the industry.
Time to grow up about things and wait it out until you have the entire side, it's rash and immature to message any sponsor before the entire truth is present before you. For all we know this entire thing is full of shit.
Well MoW ripping off players and being shady as fuck is the thing that started it. These guys behind MoW just don't belong in the scene at all.

Think more before acting, and i strongly encourage everyone not to email the sponsors.

I think you've just insulted an entire group of people(including me) unprovoked.
Can you give me the knowledge on why they didn't allow him to contact his lawyer and why they wanted proof of him being a real lawyer and why they didn't provide him with a Finnish translation of the contract with such a short deadline? Just can't have us having no knowledge, see.

If everyone says stupid shit with the intention of it being satire, the actually stupid people will think they're right at home.
It's best to treat comments with no joking context as serious.

You seem to be doing just fine with one account (30 posts in this thread).
1. MoW should have provided the contract before Fuzer moved in. They should NOT have objected (or, rather, requested "verification") when he asked that his legal counsel look over the contract before he signed. This is a very shady practice.
2. MoW should have refunded the money he was owed for his second month immediately. They waited until he said he was going public on his Facebook because they knew this would happen. This is a very shady practice.
3. The NDA is a scare tactic. This is a very shady practice.
Final: Any persons who want to be viewed as a legitimate business deserve to be judged like one. I'm sorry that many of you MoW fanboys are upset by this, but the fact is, the owner brought this upon himself by not following unassailable business practices.

Do you even know why the 10 year NDA is in effect? It's so we don't go to a competator and give out company secrets. They're the first of this kind of gaming house model, If others want to copy it they don't need someone that use to live in MoW becoming a manager and taking all their secrets to be a tough competitor. This is why I'm here, I've read the NDA that you didn't, I know what the contract stated, and why the 10 year NDA was in effect. It was needed and we all understood what it was for, All the players understood when I lived there.

It doesn't stop you from that, It stops you from creating, or help create a company with knowledge that was exclusive from MoW. Say they have a very unique, unused practice regime that NO other team has started using, And when you join onto a new team house they to start up the exact same regime it would be suspicious.
As stated before the NDA wouldn't hold up it court, But it was to scare players into not spilling the secrets.
Irrelevant, but with the slew of teams and history of houses in other games as well, how is it verifiable that any house has anything like a unique, unused practice regime?
It doesn't. That's the problem, The NDA wouldn't hold up in court because proving something like that is impossible. They did it to scare players with a huge penalty fine behind it. I still choose to follow the NDA because I'm not out to screw anyone.
Yeah but how is that not horrible practice? Putting scare clauses in your contracts which would never be binding when put to the test is crappy business. If they are not binding, stop caring about them.
I don't know how many here have singed NDAs and NCCs. I signed an NDA which runs for 10 years (I had access to basically all the company's data sets on any part of business) and would hold up, however, this is not about practices etc. but simply about the data and the conclusions I could draw from knowing certain values and internal documents. I can't tell anybody about the company's strategic plans, milestones for the next years etc. but I can certainly talk about how things are run. I also signed a NCC which basically states that I can't work in a field which would require me to counteract the acting of the company which I would know in advance. As an example, knowing when a new product will be presented and released is crucial and setting up this kind of stuff for the competition would obviously allow me to abuse my knowledge. The problem with these things is that if they make you "unemployable" in your field, there needs to be some compensation. As I'm not bound to a certain kind of business (say, I could work for a clothes company, then for a furniture company) this does not concern me much but it should concern anybody who signs one of these things when the only business you are currently in is gaming. When a company simply uses an NCC to prevent any kind of competition (as it seems to be the case because there really isn't that much crazy voodoo going on running a house of 10 people) it won't hold up, simply due to free market laws. "Hey, we're the only ones doing this and you can't do it yourself after you leave us, securing our monopoly against anybody who doesn't start from zero." does not go over well with judges. I've been consulted on a number of contracts (people who changed positions within the company or people who studied with me and went into similiar fields) and I have never seen a 10 year NCC anywhere. Mine runs for 2 years. Maybe if you're in very high level investment banking you'd find lifetime ones but these things usually are very short term and 10 years would be complete overkill for something like a gaming house which you can build from scratch in about a year, unlike a banking conglomerate.
TLDR: Their NCC is bullshit and the NDA is overkill because their internal data is the only thing it should cover...and that should really not be something the players even see.

lol 10 years though? seriously...
MoW sounds like trash, why wouldn't things like this get figured out WELL BEFORE a player moves in? O_o; I would think a player or participant should sign contract before committing to anything. That's business 101 imo.
I'm so glad that these kind of stuff gets publicized. People needs to be a lot more careful. MoW you really disappointed me in this and the way you guys handled this urgh...

Let me put it this way- do you think that all organizations must be infallible to be in eSports and MoW made a fatal mistake by having a comtract/rent disagreement with one player even if they are successful with their other players?
You're being too absolutist. Something along the the lines of "If you do one thing not with me, then you're against me."
