As emotionally invested as people are on this topic, TL rules still apply. That includes flaming and ad hominem attacks. |

Makes sense I guess?

So who leaked those pics? How does a random fangirl have access to his twitter and email??

Absolutely not. I was expressing my opinion in a way that is debatable. By no mean was i telling it's the only and absolute truth... That's what YOU saw, and i can't do anything for you if you take whatever you read for an assertion.

I'd say because these guys acting like this were raised by their single mom to lick women's feet. I really find it disgusting when guys lie down and roll over when the "victim" is a girl. even if she was minor, posting it amongst friends in a private chat for 3 pair of eyes is not the same as posting something on the internet, for public, meaning everyone.
the only person that leaked something for public was in fact her, posting destiny penis for the whole world to see. why? because she didnt like his comments on her picture (non-nude picture). she also hacked (locked him out of ) his email and skype.

Because it helps remove disruptive elements. It helps show that the e-sports community polices its own. It helps show that the e-sports community does not tolerate this crap.If you believe Destiny's behavior is inappropriate, then e-mailing his sponsors is the right move. Why? Because it helps ensure that the problem will be dealt with. Sponsors are neutral parties; they only want money, not drama. Sponsors are the ones who have more power and don't care about the individuals involved. Of managers and sponsors, managers are more likely to gloss over the problem person. They're less likely to take sharp, corrective action. Or, to put it another way, if they'd e-mailed the managers, do you think Destiny would be getting thrown out of ROOT? Probably not. And if you think his behavior was inappropriate and that he deserved his ousting, then contacting the sponsors was absolutely the right call. It brought the pressure necessary to ensure that the problem was dealt with. And it helps ensure that Destiny is less likely to be picked up by another team.
And now go and think for ONE second about what you wrote and what the deal here really is. He talked in a private chat with two friends and showed a nude picture of a girl he knows. I know enough people who did this, friends of mine do I think anyone of them should be losing his job because of this, are you freaking re******?

GG Destiny... Why is he still featured? Because he is good? Popular? The latter I believe..
You really need to ask that or are you just trying to shit on him a bit? The latter I believe. You could easily tell that not every featured streamer is code s or something, so why would you possibly need to ask this other than wanting to stomp on destiny a bit? You're a mean person.

No, he got into "trouble" because he brought High-School level drama into a sponsored team of grown-ups, and the esports scene. You Destiny fanboys sure are naive and good at playing ignorant. You're going to have to explain how a private conversation is 'bringing drama into a sponsored team'. The person who brought the drama is whoever leaked the conversation and turned it into a public issue. because its not private anymore. derp Did you not read the second half of my post, or any information about the issue? Destiny did not make it public. It was not an issue for the SC2 scene at all. It was made public by someone else. it doesn't matter if it was destiny that made it public or not, but fact that this embarrassment was made public. The whys and hows is no importance to sponsors and teams, only the fact that this resulted in making them look bad. It matters if we're discussing the sentence '[Destiny] brought High-School level drama into a sponsored team of grown-ups', when the drama was thoroughly brought into the scene by someone else. When you become a role model or of someone importance, its your job to safeguard these kind of shit if they will hurt your image. This applies to practically anything and anyone, that's just how life is. I am not discussing that. I am entirely saying the quoted sentence is inappropriate because it suggests destiny was actively putting drama into the SC2 scene.
