I agree you get paid to do your job the best you can and if people still don't like then you should find yourself another career(not to be rude to moletrap) The consumer/majority Audience is and always will be right. Passion doesn't mean you can be bad at something and the public can't reject it.

This is the best news in a long time for me personally! Grubby has the know-how AND the elbow grease to bring us to a new land! Think about it guys, Casters are only casting half the time, The rest of the time they are breathing.. IN! But not anymore baby! Grubby knows inward casting check it out! Jokes aside. I like Grubby's casting, but I think too much Grubby will get boring really fast. Just something about his monotone/lack of excitement in some of the casts I've seen that, despite the type of analysis backing it up, doesn't seem very engaging as a spectator.
I also prefer cheering for Grubby and watching him play, pretty sure this is gonna really cut into his practice time.

It's only 2 weeks and he can practice on the korean server, the osl casts don't take up too much time.

Did he make a point that was incorrect? There is nothing that says passion = right to profession. If that were true I'd be an astronaut and millions would be movie/music stars (Not to say some stars are where they are because of passion, but that leads to ACTUAL skill and prowess whereas MT is still god awful).

Absolutely, I think that's fine. But the thing is, our community doesn't really have a history of calmly saying "hey, buck up soon or you're in trouble" Instead, it's just a bunch of hate that snowballs until the person is crushed. We could give moletrap an ultimatum or something for really getting his shit sorted out, and while that might not be an ideal solution it'd be a much better one than just going on another career ending rampage like we're prone to do.

Grubby is great, I'd love to listen to him, but since moletrap stays, I still can't watch this.
When he screams, it digs so deep into my soul, I just feel like breaking my headset.
Really, that loud off-pitched sound... It just hurts sooo much!
No it's not a joke, his voice when he gets over-eager.. It's impossible for me to listen to, I've shut off many streams because of it.
I can't watch it without sound, and I can't find the korean stream.
Which means, no OSL for me yet
