I just want to thank you two for validating me. You've already made my day and it's only 10:15 AM. Seriously I love it when people on the internet get my humour, especially while others are trying to say I suck.

Absolutely, I think that's fine. But the thing is, our community doesn't really have a history of calmly saying "hey, buck up soon or you're in trouble" Instead, it's just a bunch of hate that snowballs until the person is crushed. We could give moletrap an ultimatum or something for really getting his shit sorted out, and while that might not be an ideal solution it'd be a much better one than just going on another career ending rampage like we're prone to do.

Antway, I really wish Moletrap to stay, and i find that he got better today. Note that he was alone and casting the OSL is not easy. Plus, if Grubby joins it would be very cool, but don't throw away Moletrap... He's fine imo.
