It's like in sports, they may play the same game, but they would be ruled or belong to a different governing body - so they just don't play together. Yeah, but GOM is not the same as KeSPa. Kespa actually controls the teams and players under their banner as opposed to GOM who just holds a league and the teams and players are independent. The issue is that Kespa claimed to be changing and allowing their players to do more than only their sanctioned events, but so far this appears to not be true.

I didn't know that bw had a professional scene, so i'm not really familiar with how Kespa operates. I've herd that Kespa was a terrible dictatorship in bw, but though ive also heard that they also did many great things for esports. So i dont really know how to view them. However, this move by Kespa doesn't bode well for the future in my mind. I hope i'm proven wrong.

Seems like no more than 8 KeSPA players are going to MLG every month which leaves plenty of room for other players to do other events.

I really hope with the growth of the global scene kespa will lose power and players.

Proleague playoffs are soon so 4 teams will be without anything to do for ages and the OSL isn't busy by any means. The next MLG is in November and this next GSL season is likely to be finished if not very close to finishing by then. Actually this next season has GSL flying to IPL, so I wouldn't be surprised if that has anything to do with it.
