I have no problem if the GSL finals was held at the IPL, but the whole Ro8 and on is just ridiculous and incredibly unnecessary. There's a reason why the GSL is held the way it is and that it results in high level gameplay almost all the time. Take it away and you have yourself just another tournament with a lot of prize money. Not to mention the fact that it's going to be a competition on which tournament gets more attention. People should stop thinking only about that, and thing more about the bigger issue here that there is 10 players right now who is either in Code S or can get in Code S that are also qualified for IPL 5, forcing them to drop a tournament or play in both.
