Exactly, even if he wants to leave or wants WAY more money... it doesn't warrant this kind of punitive treatment. He's a free man..... he was paid to do a job and he did it great. Until I hear more, all signs point to simply vindictive behavior by Slayers. Unless MMA assaulted someone, there's no reason for this.... he's easily still one of the better players Slayers has.

If I'm reading the article correctly, MMA is angry because was demoted to B-team and kicked out of the house FOR an unspecified reason. Since it doesn't affect his GSL participation, it wasn't gaming related. Since he got kicked out of the house, I'm guessing it was some in-house dispute. Getting demoted seems like a logical punishment for the alleged misbehavior. Since there are two Slayers members who woke up and basically tweeted WTF HAPPENED, I'm guessing it was a pretty isolated incident and not many people on the team are involved. Past these, I can't do much more than make stuff up.

Things in this thread are misleading too. Nothing has been confirmed.

All signs point nowhere really. I know you want to support MMA no matter what, but that doesn't mean you need to preemptively blame SlayerS. Chill out

I think MMA realizes his market value . . . he doesn't have to take shit from anyone, unless he does something very bad (i.e. cheating / breaking the law). In the end, all the fans will side with MMA and Slayers will look absolutely fucking horrible. I don't blame him for telling them to screw off if it's not something HUGELY bad that he did.

This is a punishment for something he did and likely not a "performance" thing.

Also, mma's contract isn't over so why the hell would they be arguing over salary in the first place I can also read Korean, and I'm telling you that there is no mention of misbehavior. Also, having a contract has nothing to do with possibility of salary dispute. In fact, if there were no contract there would be nothing to dispute. Although I doubt that would be the reason for the punishment even if that had happened.
