You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.
Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. |

Yes, it is worse in the lower league as there are more hackers. The thing is that those people are not my main concern as they will not win any tournaments, join teams, nor ruin the possibility of other great players to get visibility.

Wasn't LATcruZer or something seen chatting on stream with impa about maphacking? I've played him a bunch of times, he's always been kinda suspicious but at the time it was before maphacking was very well known so I didn't save the replays or anything. But given that LATcruzer's profile disappeared, it wouldn't be a crazy assumption that he namechanged to LATCannon? I can't find any replays of LATcruzer on drop.sc though, so any sort of proof might be hard to find

Blizzard must get so many bad reports of hacking through their own system that any real offenses are lost in all the noise. I bet once they find someone in this thread, they do their own homework and then ban once they are sure there is cheating.

Impa got banned in a 24 hours matter after this thread plus the full report that was made on battle.net forum. Tonight, i'll be writing something similar for all the hackers found up to now and hopefully, they will be banned during the period where players try to get GM (tomorrow till next tuesday).

Just played low masters player on ladder, and I'm pretty damn sure he map hacked. He scouted me cross on Antiga (with no reason to assume that) move probe in order to not be seen, even though again he had no clue, place a pylon (in order to cannon, with no vision my hatch was even being built there) Had Stalker que'd up directly under my overlord in his natural. Put down extra cannons a few seconds after I drop banelings nest with no map vision and nto even sure I was getting a third. Besides those things I wouldn't guess he did. What do you guys think?

I think you're right, this guy is 1000+ masters too. Higher than that ReDz guy. Hes pretty good at pretending he doesn't have hacks but he slips up at 21:18 where he looks into the fog for no reason where the roaches are, and then moves into his main expecting a drop. Then 10 seconds later when retaking his third, he looks at the bottom third, sees its blocked by a burrowed unit, and flies the CC to the gold instead.

Some things made me think he wasn't hacking, like not reacting before hand to the roach attack early on, only getting a bunker up when it was scouted etc etc.
Saying that, the two huge army repositions each time there was a doom drop is EXTREMELY suspect. I wouldn't say it's enough to call it a 100% map hack but it would be worth trying to get a hold of some more replays to investigate.

APM spikes aren't necessarily indicative of hacking. I'm a lower level player (I don't practice much) and I average about 80 apm, but when I watch my own replays, I notice it can spike to 250-300 pretty consistently when a lot of stuff is going on. Higher if I'm messing around with Zerg.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've seen my own replays where my APM spikes to around 600 just from making banelings.

There are a few notable circumstantial pieces of evidence such as his marine movement at 5:46 and 6:46 which happen to be exactly where my scouting overlords are heading. In addition, he never scouts my base until he moves into my base with banshees.
The more important part though is at 5:48 when he moves his marines to my first scouting overlord. His view is locked at the edge of the fog of war so he had to be using the minimap for his attack moves. I believe this is impossible, however, due to the fact that his attack move locations are so close together that is not possible to attain this accuracy on the minimap.

Watching iNcontroL's stream, went up against this guy. Claimed he was a known cheater/hacker and watching the game, it's kinda odd as all hell. Anyone have any replays from this guy they can post for examination?
There's a few old ones posted in a thread and closed by Ares, but with the seeming acceptance of this thread I was curious if anyone has any of him more recent than April. He's currently just outside the top 100 NA GM.
