The people in charge of the thread don't have the resources to look into every mid master and below who hacks and unfortunately all you can do is email blizzard about it and report in game. You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody. Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence.

You know the ones who can be making money in online cups and qualifying for tournaments? Thanks a lot, I was about to post about this! Lot's of reports i'm getting are just mid-masters'ish. Let's focus on top masters, not as in top8, but as in top 200-400 server wide and to grand-masters. I do not have time to go through all those submissions, though I highly suggest that you do report yourself in game and via e-mail at hacks@blizzard.com and point out the important timings. Lower ranked hackers will most likely get banned in the larger hacker swept.

Four player map, he blindly sends two scvs without scouting both to my main and walls off my bottom (I'm zerg, AND random) without even checking up the ramp. Depending on what I do, he reacts accordingly, and has excessively long screen locks. He sent a grand total of four scvs to my base before actually scouting where I was. Tried to take it to a macro game, his macro was utterly awful, but he expanded behind it and I never got up my nat until around 8 minutes. Still almost won until he pulled all his scvs for a four Thor allin T_T.

I played him back in season 7 and he had his vision directly over a double medivac drop without ever scouting my half of the map since the start of the game. I reported him already thru Bnet and emailing blizzard.

I'm positive MMXPwnzer doesn't hack, having played with him for years. Whatever single moment you've identified as being "proof" of hacking I'm sure can have happened without hacks. To really find strong evidence of hacking you need a multitude of odd suspicious decisions which can only parsimoniously be explained by hacks.

Even said here he was quitting sc, so much for that. Just sad...

Furthermore, Blizz's need for integrity on the ladder is high since their livelihood depends on people who keep laddering. Blizzard is well on the hacker problem and will not let one slip through the cracks.

That our evidence doesn't implicate them? Did you even bother to watch any replays?
