The flexibility that karont3 gives him with his studies is really huge for him. Besides, he his with is 2 brothers (vortix playing and ryo managing). Karont3 is also a huge ball and chain keeping him from being a real pro, however. Mouz could probably afford to just bring vortix on their b-team, for someone that 4-0'd ThorZaiN, why not? Mouz does not have a B-team. They barely have an A-team atm. :p

Vortix is as good as most of the Mouz players.. hugely underrated, but he won't leave Karont3, he seems happy there and they seem to be doing well

GoOdy is the definition of a solid player. GoOdy is one of the few remaining terran player in europe who wins at least some tournaments.

My money is on Lucifron. Just won a rather big tournament and is practicly teamless.

Who rarely goes anything but Mech cause he dosnt quite have the mechanics or speed to do much else thus why he would be less attractive especially in team leagues and such where you're just as likely to go up against a korean as you are a foreigner.

You're talking about GoOdy here... He was a high ranked BW player, I don't think he has any problems with mechanics. He just prefers mech in most cases. People saying sjow are wrong, he just resigned with dignitas. Best guess is lucifron.

So because Thorzain left all their players suddenly aren't good anymore?

I would've thought he is just saying their team is very small.

If they are Korean, they are "mercs". If they are european they aren't.
Riiight.

Why do so many people underestimate Vortix, just like LucifroN he went inactive for a while. And they both got active and rocked the ladder with win ratio of over 70%, Yes sure it's ladder.... But still not many players are able to put on such a dominant run.

How can you say mercenaries you implie that Taeja/Zenio/HerO/PuMa/JYP play purely for the money on a foreign team. While it is pretty obvious that from a Korean perspective there are way more reasons then money to join a Foreign team. Foreign teams seem to be more flexible on were you live/train and when/how much you train. Players have different personalities so they will also perform better under different circumstances. Next to that at the time most of these players joined EG/Liquid these teams gave them way more possibilites so see the world and which person in a age between 16-30 doesn't want to see as much of the world as possible. In Korea people seem to be more closed when you see for example liquid you see they are a very open group who are really friendly against everyone it's good possible Koreans like it to be in such team because of the atmosphere and they feel welcome/home in there.
Saying every Korean who joins a foreign team is a mercenarie is just WAY TO SIMPLE!

You do not seem to know what "mercenary" means.

I am so looking forward to you being forced to stop writing this nonsensical rubbish. Sooner™ or later Mousesports will sign a korean and then you will suddenly write about how the korean guy they signed is really intimate with all the players and knows them and likes the same food as them so unlike all other korean players he is just in the team because he by heart is a foreigner anyways

I know perfectly what mercenary means. He obviously doesn't as it only applies to Koreans, yet not the players he wants on those teams ie Europeans.
So please get out of here with that nonsense. You have a history of anti Koreans posts.

Saying he was a high ranked BW player is stretching the definition of "high ranked" far too much. And saying he has no problems with mechanics is stretching reality even further. -_-

I mean consistently performing at a very high level. Winning a number of online cups is hardly comparable to winning a LAN (like Lucifron winning TG). Also his playstyle is not solid at all. He said it himself in the recent MLG interview that his mechanics are nowhere near the best players, so his tactical brilliance is what gets him some nice wins. If he was to be picked up by Mouz and started attending more and more LANs, I'm pretty sure most top foreigners (and Koreans) would be able to dissect his play and roll him if they were to perceive him as a threat.
I'm in no way saying he's a bad player, I'm just saying for a top European team to sign him would be quite extraordinary.

A: Watch his MLG Spring Arena 2 interview, he says himself he has pretty mediocre mechanics.
B: Watch some of his replays, mechanics is not at all one of his strengths.

Yep, the equation Korean=Merc is a bit simple indeed as in the case of Liquid they literally live side by side. So I don`t see why hiring a Korean is always more mercish than acquiring Lucifron, Snute or Goody.
