I'm pretty sure Lucifron would get a better salary from mouz than he's getting at the moment (not sure if he gets anything atm, but I'm pretty sure it's not a lot). But the bigger question is, if Lucifron even wants to go full pro or if he has other plans.

Another really underrated terran is Brat_OK and I would really like to see him on mouz! He doesn't really get send to a lot of tournaments at the moment, but when we see him he always looks solid (he got 2nd at the Gathering beating Thorzain in the semis).

Illusion would also be pretty cool, I think he's top4 foreign terran (after Thorzain, Kas and Lucifron), but I don't really know if Mousesports is even interested in getting a non-european player. And I'm pretty sure he was one of the only reasons Quantic took over Vile, so they will not let him go.

But in the end I guess it will be someone noone expects and everyone will be underrating like most of the mouz roster was for a long time. My favorite pickup would be Goody btw. Man, that would be awesome! :D

Jookto seems unlikely, mousesports already has 2 strong zergs and the release of their main terran means they could afford an ogs terran which is probably something they'd rather have.

I really wish that Mouz would sign another foreigner, but it most likely will be a oGs player.
Another possibility would be artist, which would follow the trend of signing Koreans.

Would be cool if Mouz recruited one of the promising up and comers like KrasS (who is consistently ranked top 20 gm and beat Kas 2:0 in macro games). I really think it's a lot cooler to see teams pick up good up and comers than established pros even if that's the more realistic option for mouz. Anyways, I would be happy if they were able to strengthen their terran lineup (nothing against heromarine, but he can't make up for the lack of Thorzain in his team^^).

KrasS would be a great pickup for mouz. For some reason he seems to be really shy and doesn't participate in a lot of torunaments, but in my opinion he is fighting for the spot as the best german terran player (Top3 should be GoOdy, DBS and KrasS - in no particular order).

First time I read about KrasS on TL although he is consistenly top GM since the start of SC2. Hes probably the MOST underrated player outside of Korea rightnow. Its not like hes as good as Terrans like Kas or Thorzain but people don't even know this guy exists lol..

This would be a very interesting pick up if they stayed all foreigner, lucifron would be a good pick up, but I could just as well see them easily pick up a korean, maybe a ex oGs player that is skeptical of reforming or whatever.
