You are missing the joke, Hydras are rarely built and are very niche units in SC2.

Yeah, the only downside is because of SC2's design, they'll turtle, max in 10 minutes, and send waves to die until they win, just like effort did against flash. He didn't even make roaches. So...it's nice I guess that sc2 has no lulls, but that's a bit fast for my taste. User was warned for this post

To be fair, Effort got onto 3 bases in like 5 minutes, and even by the 10:30 mark he only had 20 lings, the rest of his supply being workers. Also when Effort attacked Flash had two siege tanks in his main. I think he tried to set up his third base too quickly, but to be honest any sort of timing attack would have killed Effort. I don't think he even scouted the third base of Flash when he built it so quickly.

Known for his exceptional mutalisk use, Hydra tends to use safe conventional strategies to win. He isn't the most exciting player, but he is the most solid in the game. You can rely on Hydra to get the job done when it matters most. While his namesake might not be currently relevant in SC2, Hydra has shown that through hard work you can overcome any disability (He’s practically blind in one eye). Hydra has always risen to the challenge in the past, stepping up to the plate when CJ needed him the most. And Hydra will prove himself more than capable in the new season, whether it is a new format, new map, or a new game. It's a joke. Was commenting on how long it took to write the article, not on how long it took for proleague to change formats... If you want my opinions on that.... send me a PM. This thread is for hyping up players that I have been a fan of ( and for anti-fans to make useless comments too ![]()

Also Drones don't exist in SC2 either.... at least not SC1 Drones (which can defeat 60 HP SCVs easily): (For an SC2 unit comparison, Drones could be like Phoenixes [if the player controlled them right] except a ground unit that Zerg can build and take down armies of SCVs single handledly) (If Youtube doesn't automatically set it to to 5 min 20 second mark, go to 5 min 20 second mark for SC1 Drone action!) Anyway I agree about the Wraith too. In SC1, most units had the ability to move shoot (like the Phoenix) if controlled right. This is better than the Banshee move shooting (if done right, you could move and shoot without stopping at all like the Phoenix).

Soo probably was being given some secret lesson from the god of war him self no other than July . It's sad to see july in sc2 getting owned in every possible manner . In broodwar if your micro was good you are better than rest of the guys already however in sc2 you have to deal with non micro characteristic like Creep spread which is really AMAZING. Zergs have went from a micro essential race to spreading creep tumours and creep across the map so units can travel from point a to b in a much faster manner . Anyway I hope July really likes sc2 and continue working on his creep spread and probably dream of the days when he was owning players left and right with only muta's . Sad to see you in this way july.

I must have watched this vid at least 20 times but every single time I get so many nerdchills. This is what OP was referring to when he said SkyHigh made his mark in the 2009 Shinhan Bank Winner's League, where he triumphed over Hwaseung Oz after three of his teammates fell to the grasp of the Tyrant.
