Understandable given the level of practice he has had but it looks like some people posting in this thread are over exaggerating his skill at the game so far. At that level I dont think he'd qualify for code A, let alone play at the highest level. And a lot of people are under-appreciating what's happening here for the sake of trying to sound smart. Just in that VOD he's playing stronger than many Terran were during the first several GSLs. He's only a couple months in and doing pretty well. I'd say it's okay to give him a pat on the back.

It will be vs other BW pros, but Proleague starts before that, and he may be playing sc2 since it alternates (May 20th vs June 8th?).

for example in game 2, i expect in the future to see him moving his marines around the map as he gets his starport up instead of just having them all sitting there at the nat. he was very vulnerable to a back stab when he moved out, which could have been devastating. i really like how he added 2 barracks when he managed to get to his opponent's base though. just being able to get there so easily and uninhibited was the only thing he needed to see to convince him that he should delay his third in order to further supplement his army.

His team doesn't pay him to globetrot to just any international event when he has responsibilities to Proleague. Proleague runs year round with only a couple months off between each season. Include OSL and Flash just wouldn't have the time to participate in international events unless KeSPA partners with organizations like they have done with MLG.
