I have a smurf, however, and the mmr last season was pretty bad (About 2200MMR - 2800 was GM), but now it's saying the GM league promo will happen at 2150~ and the account is already at 2110. Is GM league not accurate or is it super easy to make gm now? xD Thanks~! like jaycee said. GM line is just a guess 800 or something. If you get in or not depends on mmr on the gm day. You can wait until you reach a max level for your skill and than stop playing and play a single game at gm day and have a good chance. I would not call it super easy because most people do it this way. EDIT: AH NO! thats a bug! i put gm line at the offset line like other leagues but it dont work this way. Must edit it, GM is way higher than 430. @Surili You stopped reading the update message after the first line with : now follow math, didnt you?

Is this some anomaly due to the fact it's a placement match or is it the lower leagues that still need work? Will you advice me to reset the entire database and start from scratch or just wait patiently for everything to correct itself? Either way, I appreciate the work being done with this addon a great deal ![]() Edit: Nevermind. Found a previous post where it was pointed out it would correct itself after a few matches

The dmmr-cap is still there but blizzard did not buff it. Its unchanged. I had a bug in my code that calculated the cap wrong. Without this problem we are good to go . I upload the version soon. offsets are not 100% yet but i have data that give good results. With more games it will be more and more accurate SEA and KR is a problem. I put eu /na data in there even if i know its wrong but i dont have enough games from this regions to calculate offsets.

6.3 OUT Update: I was wrong. Blizzard did not buff the cap rule. There was a mistake in my code. I fixed it and we are good to go. Offsets: Offsets are ok in EU/NA and will get updated more accurate with more uploaded games. KR/SEA offsets are unknown yet because of missing data. I enter EU/NA data for KR and little bit smaller values for SEA was like this in last seasons) Other Changes: because the data-break confused many users i put the old data in an archive. You can see archived data over the click-box in the South-Bar.

I've formatted my pc because of some things I was pretty annoyed with and I thought I've saved the data already, but obviously didn't. PM. My MMR is now lower, as is the promotion line but surely I should still be above it? This is for KR server btw. Great work, best plugin ever! Not sure about korean offsets. To few data. I will update korean offsets within next weeks. This will be done over a db update so you dont need to download a new version On September 15 2012 07:09 Halgaard wrote: I have looked in the last few pages but haven't found any info on this. You should have checked the FAQ in the op. On September 15 2012 07:10 Surili wrote: Show nested quote + On September 15 2012 02:35 skeldark wrote: On September 14 2012 22:34 ToXSiK wrote: Hey! New version put the old data in the archive. ( new checkbox in the south bar) Basic the offsets changed and so did the promotion line. Thats what you see there.

Is a 1-30 game run to get data normal or are we talking 100+ games. I know this varies, but was just hoping for a "it's normally within 20+/- from X" if that is possible at all. Oh and thanks for all the work btw... from what i have read in this thread it looks like a lot of work!

Depends if you are in the upper or down part of your league.

Also, maybe this is me trying to heal my bruised ego, but, with the new version, I lost 200 points on my MMR and went from being solidly diamond to having my MMR in the top part of platinum. Can this really be right? I literally never play platinum players and even get the occasional masters. Admittedly, I only have 1 of my last 20 or so games as "100%". Additionally, I haven't played a game since loading the newest version, but did play quite a few games with the version released just a few days (maybe a week) ago. Thoughts? Thanks!

Thanks! its the modifiers and offsets being removed i believe, mine did same thing. On KR server i was nearly at that magic diamond line before new season, now i'm below the plat line... both the line and my mmr moved down but my mmr more it seems lol. Should fix itself eventually, might be that the promotion lines need moving again

Old data is allays recalculated with new information. So if i push a offset update all games are effected. To get more games enable the Memory scanner ( 1 out of 20 ) is to low. You get more bad than good games if you are close to an promotion line. Whatever this line is. At the start of a season pointchanges are bigger so, my algo for bad games is not as accurate. You need more good games to make a call. About lower mmr: check mmr compare to promotion lines. The whole datapacket shifted with the new offsets. You can not compare pre 9 numbers with post 9 numbers However if you are dia and play dia and have a good game. This is now allways accurate. If it show you low in dia you are... But low and high mmr is different to low and high player. E.g. over 50% of dia players are low mmr dia player and only 10% high mmr dia player... MMR number dont move linear with population.
