Now lets use some logic here. You're at a bar, you walk up to a random stranger and tell him to fuck himself and continue berating him. What is going to happen to you? You're going to get kicked out(and possibly an ass kicking). The police wont be involved, because quite frankly, that's just straight up silly. Ironically, Jessica has a way to remove people from her chat, similarly to kicking some one out. Strange how it works, right?

I do think that harassing is obviously a bad thing. That being said, I don't believe that we should be punishing people for insulting others on the internet - again, it happens literally ALL THE TIME. Most of us just get over it.

Hypothetical Twitchtv Chat or whatever. 1. You try to type a reply to person A. 2. Person B types 10 abusive messages in this time. 3. You ban person B, try to resume your dialogue with A that has been interrupted. 4. Person B comes back around ban, cycle repeats, over and over.
You can ignore what one person is spamming in a chat, but often to the detriment of missing out on what other, non-idiots want to discuss. Jessica's ROLE for Slayers is in this community capacity so of course it affects her.

I'm surprised there is criminal recourse against this, but since there apparently is (in S.K.?), I think it's kinda funny. I love when anonymous internet tough guys get the tables turned. Reminds me of Destiny's DDOS attacker punk. Personally, I don't think this should be illegal, but I don't live in S.K., so it's not my concern.

Bingo. Someone has to tell her that this constant need for drama and attention is actually hurting the team's reputation. Get some mods on your chat, ban them if you want - problem solved. No need to drag lawyers in this, they are the real winners here.
