People get called cunts and everything else on the internet constantly. I agree they should be punished in some way. You call someone a cunt here, you get banned, cool. You don't need to lock people in prison or take huge amounts of money from them though, that's insane.
Where we live we expect people to act with a minimum level of decency. Even on the internet. It's not that hard to do, really.

She knows the punishment and she's pursing it in that way, she is to blame too.

I'll stay with your logic. If I invite strangers because I want a big party, they still wouldn't be allowed to do vandalism or stealing stuff etc.

'8.4 post, upload, or distribute any Lifecaster Content or other content that is unlawful or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, offensive, indecent, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, distressing, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise inappropriate'
From JustinTV's terms of service, which I imagine the other content providers closely ape. You are using their chat under these restrained conditions, it's reasonable for Jessica et al to expect their viewers to adhere to the terms of use that they have agreed to.

I'm liking SlayerS more and more. I'm glad someone is publicly trying to do something about this in the gaming community.

Personally I would like nothing better than an effective way get rid of all trolls on the internet but the law is not the proper tool. The biggest problem is the principle that the harder it is to enforce a law, the harsher the punishment has to be when it is given out. Trolling is VERY hard to track and litigate so I'm sure the punishment would have to be EXTREMELY severe (years in prison and thousands in fines) to create a big enough splash to ripple through the internet. Such dramatic example making should only be used as a very last resort.

If you don't they'll just continue to do it. This is a great eye opener to the fag who decided to troll. I'm sure next time he will have a second thought before spamming his nonsense.
One troll at a time until there are no more.

She reminds me a lot of what happened with Yoko Ono and the Beatles. She controls Slayers by controlling Boxer.... doesn't seem healthy and I wonder if her behavior is related to the recent spat a departures from Slayers.
Certainly she seems quite temperamental and sensitive. Not the best attributes for a team leader.

if you start a part in the middle of a park and let anyone who wants to come in come in then theres going to be some undesirables
of course the scenario is completely different since if someone is standing right next to you in real life and yelling at you cant ignore him but if someone is in chat talking shit you can quite easily ignore him

god forbid a woman should protect herself from repeated harassment. evil incarnate. must be related to guys leaving slayers, because it is HER that's doing the crime here........
Is it wrong to expect people to act with some sort of decency and manners? is it that hard to act with class?

But the moment you make it an open party you forfeit your right to deny certain people access to your party? Yes, that is a common law you can see enacted in the U.S. every day, for example with nightclubs: They are a public happening and they invite everyone (flyers, commercials ... stuff like that) and thats why there are no bouncers in the U.S. because you can't choose who gets in your club once you went public, you have to let everyone in ... Seriously? I have read all your posts and I believe you are trolling hard

Jessica is slowly but surely making me hate Slayers. Sorry Boxer but if you don't reign in your woman soon, a Slayers anti-fan I'll become.

Whether you can ignore something or not doesn't make the act itself more or less punishable
