EPTEverything could have probably been worked out without Orb being fired, but instead half of TL and most of Reddit decides to go into lynch mob mode and start bringing complaints to the sponsors, and now EG really has no other choice than to fire a great caster. Orb was in the wrong for his language and also for trying to cover it up and should have received punishment, but there was no need for him to get publicly embarrassed this way. If you want to complain about things like this, at least have the decency to notify the managers as individuals and not as a lynch mob.

No one should not get a chance at all for using a racist word like that. If you use it, say it to yourself or friends, don't bring it out to the public eyes. You got what you deserve and lets see if this does change you. Everyone does make mistakes, but a word like that... really should have not been written at all to anyone. Common sense.. really. I personally , especially lately, get really mad when i start losing a lot on the ladder. I will yell F*CK!! GOD DAMN and shit. I will call imbalance * Thats pretty balanced.* * thats so fucking overpowered** Etc. On a few occasions ive even told my opponents. * You fucking suck you only won cuz you got lucky and marines are fucking overpowered*. But as mad as i get, not ONCE have I personnally attacked someone, or talked shit or harassed someone on the game, even if they bm me after game. I just put them on ignore, yelll fuck a couple times, and queue again lol. The farthest ive went is to tell someone that they fucking sucked, thats it. I also do admit i swear more than i should, using words like FUCK and SHIT, but that is mostly because english is not my first language, and was mostly mastered while playing online game such as starcraft1. One thing i tihnk is unfair tho, is i havent seem Orb stream above 400-500 viewers ever. Most of the ppl complaining probably never even watched his stream, they just heard it from someone, and since they were jealous at the golden opportunity orb was given, they started a huge propaganda to get him fired. His casting was really good, and would only have gotten better. He is the caster that reminds me the most of Artosis with his style. He has potential and i hope ppl will give him a chance in the future when all this is old news. | ||
