To me the actions of the organizations affiliated with Katu speak louder than words. They clearly think it was wrong and they are not happy. I'm not a part of an esports organization but if they think this is severe as their actions indicate I'll take their word for it.

I have just saw the replay... Its not that outrageous as people say , but to say the truth i dont think dragon cheated...
Katu even said he was trolling a bit...

Why do people and newspaper always talk about OJ simpson as a murderer ? he was considered not guilt by law...
Why did Strauss-kahn get involved with assault charges ? because fame stays , when you have the fame , you will get the blame...

Point is.. i want katu casting and KSL again , so forget about this please , its like a probe rush but worse

Of course this is WAY too harsh. Katu obviously made a mistake which he acknowledged. He's had a completely positive history as well and has been casting events without issues for months.

TechnoSchaman: Did you even watch the cast yourself, Katu was accusing or hinting that Dragon was cheating there and then, THEN he went on to say about his cheating past and started making jokes about him to further add fuel to the flame. The fact that he made fun of the matter and Dragon himself was what made his fans angry. People have brought up Dragon's past countless times, even on his own stream chat, it doesn't bother him or his fans. I believe the fans were upset because Katu was attempting to further ruin his image from what was already spoilt from his past, especialy in these difficult times where he's trying to find a team.

I've just watched the replay on twitch.tv as in Europe it was middle of the night, and I usually don't watch NA live. And I'm just surprised, because reading this thread, I was expecting something much, much more offending.

Katu just trolled a little on the stream and I think that all this is an overreaction. Dragon does the same or sometimes worse things (there I mean trolling and laughint out people), but on daily basis, not once in the lifetime... I think Katu should be forgived as it wasn't something big. If he is punished for this, then IdrA should be banned for life from Starcraft pro scene for all the times he offended people on his stream or BMed on the main stage of big tournaments.

Having watched the VOD of that game, the only thing suspicious Dragon does is decide to build a tech lab on the factory after already hovering it above the barracks ready to swap. And this happened to coincide with when the roaches were shown on stream. I mean, that's a little sketchy because Dragon had no vision whatsoever on the map. But at the same time, it was shown on stream that Hyun was going for roaches way before that, yet he still threw down a 3rd CC at the same time as the factory swapping.

At that time, Katu said something like "IDK if he's watching the stream or he saw the roaches, even though there's no way for him to have seen the roaches". If he just stopped right there, I think that's fine. It was pretty obviously a troll at that point, but then he just went over the top with the ranting. However, this whole clusterfuck of a hate thread is worse.

Regarding Dragon's actions in the past, the fact that he received Boxer's seal of approval after that makes in a non-issue for me. Who am I to question the Emperor's judgement especially regarding a person he knows while I do not. It's not like he's known for a lenient view on cheaters and unsportsmanlike behavior.
