Although I didnt watch all of them, so maybe you covered it already, but I have big problems identifiying if a Terran is doing just 2-4 hellions or commiting to it and attacking me soon after the initial attack with 8+ blue flame hellions. I have no clue when to put down the roach warren, because I cant break out of the contain with just lings to see what the Terran is doing behind it.

you can adopt a build that includes roaches early (3-4) for the sole purpose of staying on tier 1 and getting a very early third. Watch the stephano VOD that's up tonight. You don't really need to scout it but it keeps you safe. Another option is to get an early pair of lings out before the hellions can arrive at your base. Hide them somewhere on the map and use them to scout the front once he gets to your base with the first set of hellions
