If he's signed, ToD clearly isn't aware If he hasn't signed, he might still have a contract in front of him If there isn't even a contract, then Lee is in RAGE mode, since another foriegner team has caused him to believe that they're gonna poach his players Or nothing was said ever, and Lee just likes publicity.
