Hell, they've always underperformed in the team league. Hopefully ForGG can rise to the challenge next season.

oGs has been and still is one of the most represented team in Code S. They're not underperforming.

sk was a REALLY good esport house back then when they had first team in cs for a year (ex NiP), but few years later they became kinda mediocre not to say worse

I can't believe he's living on his own. I would assume with NaDa still being an oGs-SK player (if he still is) and with his history he would want to stay and train in the oGs house and I'm sure they would've allowed it...

SOME FACTS EVERY MC FANS NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT SK-GAMING!!!!!!! READ THIS!

esport legends Heaton and Potti told fragbite that they retired because they lost their passion due to SK Gaming not paying salaries. (interview is from 2011, but the events took place in 2003-2004 I believe)

CS 1.6 Legend SK Tentpoles girlfriend revealed in 2009 after his retirement that a huge factor behind him retiring was that he didnt recieve his salaries and prize money from events.

In 2010 Swedish cs player Gux joined SK-Gaming and played in the team for 3 months. In this period of time he won 2-3 tournaments but never signed a contract. Obviously Gux understood that he wouldnt recieve his salary because he never signed the contract, but the SK organization also refused to give him the prizemoney which he had legitimatley won at the tournament.

They were involved in a Scandal last spring 2011, where they signed a Fnatic contracted player Delpan and didnt pay the contract exchange fee (pretty much the same thing as the Complexity/Millenium dilemma, the diffrence is the problem still remains unsolved).

This just a few of all scandals SK-Gaming have been involved in.

Sources: (all these sources are in swedish, but you can easily understand the context with google translate. Also the video interview with Heaton and Potti is in swedish but has english subtitles)

Well, first of all SK-Gaming is one of the youngest esport-clans with that level of success. Could compare with mTw but anyways. This clan has a lot of tradition and high values regarding to professionalism so i really doubt ur statement.
Even when there was problems with transactions its just the half of the truth what u mentioned. Don´t spread such things in that manner plz...

Lol i have sources with the players that are contracted by SK themselves saying it and you're saying I'm spreading lies? -.-

If this was truely the case how have they survived, why are they still getting sponsorship and why do people still represent them? It's a bit of a stretch to think all those players that left SK had no other conflicts with management which would account for anything withheld, if that is actually true.

You do realize there is a shit ton of cases in gaming where people haven't been paid, yet every single organization is very much alive? And the SK heaton thing has been known for a long time.

Pretty clear move since SK Gaming is one of the biggest Clans ever. They pay alot for good Players....i always wondered why they started so late with Starcraft2. MC seems to be the perfect Player for SK.

For the guy who bashed on SK regarding Salary. Fragbite and Rakaka are known as Yellow Press...i think thats the word for bad but entertaining news? For german people it is like BILD Zeitung.

I have alot of respect for SK since they provide alot of support if they are interested...and in this case...they seem to have it.

Eee, you don't say everything about the situation with Gux. That was one of the major controversies between Fnatic trying to buy out Gux without SK noticing, which resulted in all kinds of drama. For SK's POV on that issue, http://www.sk-gaming.com/content/30070-The_facts_and_figures_behind_Guxs_departure is what they had to say about it. The Delpan situation was yet another controversy between Fnatic and SK trying to get players from one another. At the time, I viewed it as SK trying to get back at Fnatic from the Gux situation =.=. Anyways, I'm just saying you should present both sides of the argument so people can draw their own conclusions instead of only providing one side's perspective.

Edit: Also, if MC has any problems with SK, I'm sure he will have no qualms about voicing his discontent if it occurs,

It's a bit of a stretch to think all those players that left SK had no other conflicts with management which would account for anything withheld, if that is actually true.

Lol there's no doubt that SK have lost a lot of the prestige they once had. The CS team sticks because no other teams want to sponsor CS any longer. SK has had A LOT (!!!) of sponsor issues the latest 4 years (Acer dropping out on them and creating Team Acer for example due to different views). And also SK does NOT have that much super-top level teams that they once had, they struggled a lot with getting an sc2 lineup (and they still dont have one, just MC). Most of their other teams are limited to the EPS leagues and germany and are not holding a worldwide scale like the once used to. SK-Gaming is not what it used to be.

SK-Gaming used to be the premier esports site once upon a time, with the best journalists (people like Zechs for example), and the best article. Nowadays theres nothing intresting left on that site. a lot of the respected journalists has left the editorial crew. They don't even provide intresting news in their premier lineups game (cs 1.6) any longer. People rather google translate Fragbite.com or read HLTV.

Writing for SK-Gaming is like beeing i journalist in nazi-germany, the news are heavily biased. And if they're affiliated with any other sponsor then the ones who sponsors them the news gets removed.

I'm sorry if you have'nt realised yet but SK Gaming has been on decline for the last 4 years.

Edit: i cant be bothered finding sources all the time, heres a source of a few of the sponsors SK has lost in the last couple of years. If you google, you can find more detailed lists.
