I have a friend who was manager for a lot of the players you mentioned and the reason they didn't get any payment from SK was some controversy with them jumping teams, losing on purpose and whatnot. Again, this only concerned the CS-players. Tentpole did neither of those things. Gux still deserved his share of the prizemoney, it wasn't entitled to SK Gaming in any kind of way since he wasn't under contract. TheSlash also doesn't have any respect for his players, the only thing he wants is results (hence dropping Walle from the team although Robban & co wanted him there and dropping the whole SC2 lineup after just a few months,) he doesn't know how to grow talent and just buys up his different divisions. He¨s really a shame to the whole SK gamings legacy.

READ THIS! esport legends Heaton and Potti told fragbite that they retired because they lost their passion due to SK Gaming not paying salaries. (interview is from 2011, but the events took place in 2003-2004 I believe) CS 1.6 Legend SK Tentpoles girlfriend revealed in 2009 after his retirement that a huge factor behind him retiring was that he didnt recieve his salaries and prize money from events. In 2010 Swedish cs player Gux joined SK-Gaming and played in the team for 3 months. In this period of time he won 2-3 tournaments but never signed a contract. Obviously Gux understood that he wouldnt recieve his salary because he never signed the contract, but the SK organization also refused to give him the prizemoney which he had legitimatley won at the tournament. They were involved in a Scandal last spring 2011, where they signed a Fnatic contracted player Delpan and didnt pay the contract exchange fee (pretty much the same thing as the Complexity/Millenium dilemma, the diffrence is the problem still remains unsolved). This just a few of all scandals SK-Gaming have been involved in. Sources: (all these sources are in swedish, but you can easily understand the context with google translate. Also the video interview with Heaton and Potti is in swedish but has english subtitles) http://www.fragbite.se/?newsID=15655 http://www.fragbite.se/?newsID=17713 http://rakaka.se/?newsID=16893 http://rakaka.se/?newsID=16896 Well, first of all SK-Gaming is one of the youngest esport-clans with that level of success. Could compare with mTw but anyways. This clan has a lot of tradition and high values regarding to professionalism so i really doubt ur statement. Even when there was problems with transactions its just the half of the truth what u mentioned. Don´t spread such things in that manner plz...

Hell, they've always underperformed in the team league. Hopefully ForGG can rise to the challenge next season.

It's a bit of a stretch to think all those players that left SK had no other conflicts with management which would account for anything withheld, if that is actually true.
