My only constructive criticism is I want you to continue to lift weights. It's not really criticism since you probably still lift weights, but maybe add 5 pounds to your workouts and take more protein.
Thanks!~ ♥

As you and others have indicated in this thread, maybe homophobic jokes are totally chill in Germany, but you're casting on an international stage. When you threatened Wolf with "fists to the face so fast you won't know what's coming" when he joked about touching you, I felt sick. I don't tune into the GSL to see mean-spirited homophobia. I do agree, and I was definitely uncomfortable when he said that too. But I think it is worth noting that, unless I'm mistaken, he hasn't said anything like that since. It seemed to just be a one time only harsh joke, and he's toned it down a lot since then.

You might not like my response but that's how it is. If you are confronted with such stuff every day you will not end up ignoring everything and I won't either. I'm tired of people hating and inventing stuff and claim it's "feedback". I'm a very emotional and passionate person and I will not apologize for what I wrote as I stand by it. One might criticise my choice of words but people will always find a reason to complain (and if you read through a few pages in ANY feedback thread this will become apparent to you as well). The internet is full of hypochonders who love to tell other people how they should behave while they themselves don't act up on it. As long as people are able to hide behind nicknames they can demand perfection without ever being called out on not living up to it themselves. But these discussions are a waste of time as it is. But you might be happy to know that I am done posting here. I don't even know why I started to post in this thread again as it is. It's pointless to argue with trolls. It's one thing to read and try to take something out of what was written here to improve, but getting involved into these bullshit wannabe discussions is the most stupid thing ever. And I'm a complete idiot for letting it happen again. I'm sorry, but you're pathetic. You start a feedback thread then get mad when people give you feedback. That doesn't make sense. "The internet is full of hypochonders who love to tell other people how they should behave while they themselves don't act up on it." So... you're telling people not to be off-base and rude... yet every reply you've given someone you've called their statements (and them) 'fucking annoying.' Khaldor, really, grow the fuck up. Don't start a feedback thread if you can't accept the negative. Go read through your 'fan club' thread if you want to be praised and feel better about your poor quality of casting. Couldn't agree more. I've tried giving Khaldor constructive feedback, and he just rudely brushes is off. If you're not looking to improve based upon feedback from others, then why would you ask for feedback? No one is telling you to not be critical of the feedback, but you're acting arrogant and insulted every time you read something you don't like.

when the game was basically over, you kept screaming; tastosis for example are honest and tell the audience when one player will definatly win. i think it is bad casting because you get overexcited. there is nothing to get excited about when mkp is over 100 supply down. the baneling bust in the last game was without sound for me because you screamed so loud for so long, it was very annoying. please, stay calm and do "honest casting". please dont try to make something exciting that isnt.

What? Tastosis rarely raises their voices, so alot of their casts are pretty dull. With Khaldor it's always exciting.

I agree with the overexcitement statement. When someone is 100+ supply down with no scv's or army remaining, I do think screaming and getting "over excited" makes it intolerable to listen to. I am aware you are excited because CoCa is about to all kill but I believe it was a bit too much. Other than that, your overall casting is quite good always keeping the viewer in the game.

Some people will definitely disagree with my assessment, but I feel that the high pitched screeching (excitement as it is called by some) during various phases of the match has got to go. I am all about exciting casting, but I think it can occur without pitch rising quite so high. Just my personal opinion. Still going to watch GSL and GSTL as often as I can.

It's great to keep the game exciting, but when Marineking's just trying to regain composure before ending the game, there's no need to be getting overly excited about fungals on his last marines. When the games are amazing, Tastosis makes them absolutely more amazing that you could possibly imagine. I love their honesty. When we see the game end in 2 seconds because of a Roach bust vs 4 hellions and no bunker, I'm glad they aren't overhyping it and are calling it as it is. I'm not some bronze scrub who is going to excited over it because the caster is yelling for no reason. Also, Artosis and Tasteless (especially Tasteless) are almost always spot on when they say it's gg. I can remember at least 10 games off the very top of my head where Tasteless has said "There is going to be a gg any moment" and BAM, a second later a gg is called. It's scary accurate and a talent only Tastosis has. It's okay to be wrong one game in 20 when the rest are bang on and the ones that aren't are extremely rare in the first place. The last truly epic game I saw Symbol play with Kaldor casting, all he did was constantly critasize both players (even though both were playing absolutely stellar) and he kept blabbing on about stuff that was going on A FULL MINUTE AFTER THE GG WAS CALLED. Really, I was just thinking to myself STFU PLEASE THE GAME IS OVER STOP TALKING. One of the things that is REALLY annoying me about Kaldors casting recently (I didn't find it bad in the past) is that he just seems to be talking to just talk. When the gg is called, don't keep talking about how the drop that is going on is going to do damage, or how the 10 infesters are going to be great, the game is already over. I want to hear the summary of what just happened and maybe some analysis of everything in general, not crap about stuff that might happen later on a game where the gg is already called.

Keeping the game exciting to the very end is what makes Korean casters great. I can not understand a word but their tone keeps you into it till GG is called.

I am seeing a lot of people saying the screaming and excitement is the weakness in your cast, and I think getting excited is a double edge sword. I work in TV in the production side, and often our critics/suggestions to dual casters is that the two of you must stay in contact. What that means is that, if you need to focus on what your co-caster is doing, saying and feeling. I realize a lot of time you will get excited and go on auto-pilot casting the game on your own. The most recent example is today's GSTL. CoCa vs Maru prime in the end, there is a baneling bust. We as the audience can see that, Wolf can see that, in fact, I am sure a lot of people already noticed it as soon as Coca adding the double gas after he held the marines (I will come back to this point more) But your excitement went way to the top. Wolf just went quiet and you just kept screaming. I think that is why people do not enjoy that part of your casting. You can ask your co-caster for help in this one. Ask him if he felt you disconnected with him at any moment. It is a very easily fixed problem. Audience always want "Truthful" "Appropriate" emotions from the hosts, otherwise we would just have false screaming from Moletrap again. Like, SlayerSBoxer landing a nuke, and moletrap scream "IT KILLED THE ENTIRE ARMY!!!!" The audience is not stupid. About seeing the Baneling bust coming. It is because the overlord scouted Maru is making a 3rd CC. Adding gas before 3rd...etc. All these lead to a Baneling bust. This is actually why Tastosis is so god damn good. Tasteless always asks Artosis "Can you check his upgrades? Can you check if he sees that..etc..etc" So that the 2 of them can get on the same page and Artosis can make analysis on what is going to happen. But for that part, you just went "Coca goes straight for 3 gas." and that's it. While it is very hard to guess and analysis on the spot, live in front of the camera. The 2 of you should have talked about it together, discuss why the players are adding gas. I think Wolf or you could have easily guessed a baneling bust as long as one of you raised the question. You just need to make a conversation with your co-caster. Being a caster is incredibly hard. I do not doubt that. So keep up your good work! Focus on what you are doing great, and slowly fix your weakness. I hope this feedback help. ![]() If TLDR: Keep in check with your co-caster. Make conversations and raise questions.
