I put on that you are average and have to improve, but to clarify that it is more likely that you are good and need to improve (there is always room for improvement, i dont feel like there are any caster out there that are perfect -maybe artosis- ) you do a great job solo, and i like it when your with wolf as a casting team. keep it up on good casting!!

i've been following your casts since way back in war3 and you've always been my favorite german caster and one of my favorite casters. you've only been improving since you've started casting in english.

i don't really have any major complaints. you could of course improve your english pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary, but it's already quite good. i guess i just have high expectations in this field because i study english.

aside from that, you've been doing really really well. it's nice to hear a good caster in the GSL that isn't tastosis and doesn't try to be tastosis. you also work well with a co-caster for the most part, although i'm not so sure about you and moletrap. in the up and down matches group today, i kinda felt like you ignored what he was saying a lot of the time (can't blame you though, i wouldn't know what to say to that guy either ).

keep up the good work bro! would loooove to see you and day9 cast again, that was just amazing. between the coffee machine talk, the opening of the bottle with the phone and the actual casting that was some of the best entertainment i've ever experienced.

In all honesty, I hardly enjoy the way you cast. But there's a difference between not being good and just not being at someone's taste.

You're doing a tremendous job, honestly. I just think that at times your accent goes through the roof & when you start getting hyped up without taking a pause to breath, the way you sound is something I don't enjoy.

Don't take this too bad like, I can understand that english isn't the easiest language to hide your german accent with.. I can understand that completely so... & there aren't many german people I know who can speak english as good as you so.. Let that be a compliment on your english. English isn't my native language either so it would be wrong of me to bring you down on your accent ect... As I think more people should take you as an example that even though english isn't your native language, you can still go a long way by putting in the effort of learning the language.

That's just my personal opinion & you as well as I know very well you can't please everyone but yeah.. The only 2 casters I enjoy (besides the korean casters) are tasteless & artosis.. I think a lot of people put them on the top spot but still enjoy the other casters as well, including yourself... (talking about gomtv casters).

I hope you don't take my opinion too negative like.. I'm not the easiest person to please to begin with so..

The biggest tip I would give is.. Try to play it cool a bit more instead of getting hyped up & keeping it hyped up over the smallest things which can be a bit disturbing for people. Play it a bit more tactful in the sense that you can bring something up in a calm & collected way when there are things that don't really need to get hyped up about.

Just my 2 cents man

Love your style and love your enthusiasm!

A small note of constructive feedback, sometimes you might seem to talk "over" the other person. But i guess thats just a matter of working together with the same co-caster a lot.

Anyway, keep on rocking it!!! <3 <3 <3

You are a fine caster Khaldor and I enjoy listening to you cast.

My feedback for you is sometimes you start saying WELL WHAT THE FUCK IS HE DOING L0L0L0L0L0L THAT'S HORRIBLE or something like that. That is kind of disturbing. Of course, there are times when that is kind of necessary, like when the player is just falling apart or something, but during the AoL opening stages I felt like I heard it every few games and it was discouraging to hear.

Other than that, keep up the great work :D

Hey Khaldor, I feel like your casts are very exciting and show your passion for the game, that's a great thing, however sometimes it feels like your trying to hard to keep the pace on high octane, this seems to cloud your play by play from time to time resulting in bad calls on how the fight is actually unfolding, try to take a step back for a second and assess the situation a bit. Thanks for all you have done for the community, we love you Khaldor, keep up the great work.

I love your casting and your accent makes it something fresh and enjoyable. At times your accent is in your way of speech because you get excited at things in the game and don't translate german->english fast enough lol.

Also you must think of some standard transitions to cut your cocaster or to pass him the voice because you and Moletrap just interrupt one each other to often.

Keep it up man, you are a great guy and a great caster. Esports loves you for what you are doing!

Try to be less statistical when it comes to your analysis of the games. There really isn't that much of a need to continuously mention the supply count or the unit counts, i.e. more of a qualitative approach rather than quantitative. Also maybe less usage of "opponent' and "player," it sometimes feels a bit unprofessional when you're not using their aliases. But otherwise great job so far!

I really dident feel that you lived up to my expectations in your first couple of broadcasts on GomTV. Because i had really enjoyed your casting at previous turnaments. But the last couple of shows you have improving alot, and getting some more chemistry with the other casters helps alot too. So guess you just had to find your groove...so doing great now, keep it up

I'd like to add some stuff that I didn't say earlier because it's not directly related to Khaldor's casting. Also maybe explain a few things.
All casting elements like tempo, screaming, game knowledge etc. aside, the awesome thing about Khaldor from a German perspective is that he transfers German properties into an English cast. This makes for a connection that no other caster can create because in my opinion, Khaldor as a person is very German. Examples:
- Tendency to use longer sentences. This is very German and I'm sure Khaldor knows he should use shorter sentences, but this is something really difficult to do in practice.
- Germans have this latent hangman attitude basically saying, "you fucked up, so now you deserve punishment". It's a real shame you screwed up this timing, now you get shot in the foot, that's how it works. Someone mentioned that Khaldor shows "disgust" with a player when he botches something. I wouldn't call it disgust because he really doesn't care about the player himself. He pities him for making the mistake and getting the punishment for it. It's this very special German combination of criticism, a little sadism and being a smartass. Since I'm like that myself, I LOVE it.
- Khaldor can directly compare Korean and German differences like food, living, morals etc. Europe and America do have their differences, and when Khaldor makes a comparison, I know that his point of view is pretty much exactly like mine.

Other than that, of course his English isn't perfect, but it's darn good. At his level, the only thing he can do to improve is talk to native speakers. Also he should make sure that he doesn't ruin his voice during this intense time in Korea.

IMO, the level of your casting is very high and you're also entertaining. Although I find your analysis of why players are doing certain things generally to be good, I recommend that you constantly strive to imporve your own play to at least that of, say, master level. While a high level player's color commentary might not always be good, his analysis is usually much better than a caster who's only platinum or diamond level. Higher level players have typically not just thought about the game a whole bunch; they've thought about it in a very precise analytical way that really shines through when they say they do or don't like something that a player is doing.

Best of luck. And I'm sure you don't do this but never, ever read the comments posted at gomtv.net. I've never seen a more useless and critical bunch of comments anywhere on the Internet (which when you think about is kind of insane).

Probably already been said but you should try to be more of a team. All the KSL solocasting is causing you to uhh, outcast your cocaster during the GSL :p

I think your casting is good, but some criticism for ya: When you commentate a match, please make sure you have the knowledge to make the call if a person is ahead or not (i.e. - Morrow vs. Tassadar, up/down match) and if they did enough/significant damage. I was watching and while normally I can stand a lot of bad calls, that was one of the worst I've heard.

I've been following you for awhile so I know you're good, but let's just stay away from big mistakes

I also want to add that one of the things I like best about your casting is that you both criticize and celebrate players and sound genuine when you do it. Some casters become extremely critical (probably as a defense mechanism) and rarely praise a player, even when he clearly performs well (even though they're casting the games of players who play Starcraft II better than 99.999% of the general population). For example, Wolf is a high level player and a good caster but nearly everything he says is some sort of criticism. Just because something didn't work doesn't mean it was a bush league mistake (which many casters imply when casting). Sometimes though, players make bush league mistakes and then deserve to be called on it. It's a difficult balance to achieve, but I think you do just that.

At the other end of the spectrum, other casters (Tastosis eg) seem to too often celebrate each game as the best game they're ever seen and every strategy that works as the best strategy ever. While it may be true some times, it's not believable when it's said that often. It's nice to see your excitement when someone does something really well because it doesn't seem staged.

To be is to be the value of a bound variable.

One small thing I kind of started getting annoyed at was when you always say "we'll be back in a few seconds!" when the map loads. I'm not sure why any caster would want to say that. I actually think that the phrase is almost a mood-killer. Obviously the game is starting, the music is ramping up, the camera is showing the players head-to-head, the audience is getting ready for the game.....and then you're just like "we'll be back!" Almost like a c-c-c-ombo breaker. Instead you should say something that goes along with the ramping up of excitement that's happening everywhere else in the production (i think Tasteless' default is just a simple "Get Ready!"). Telling audiences to wait sounds like you're cutting to commercial; telling audiences to wait for 3 seconds is just a waste of words b/c by the time you're done with the sentence the game has already started....just a totally useless padding of words.

Anyway I know it's a small gripe, and maybe it's just a pet peeve that nobody else has, but I actually think it's beginning to be a bad habit of yours, since you say it before every single freaking game....

Don't be afraid to analyze more. You are obviously capable of doing it. Other than that i can't think of anything off the top of my head. Good job.
