Open to all leagues the SC2Improve Weekly is always a great evening event for all to take part in and is a great way to play some games outside of the ladder and in a tournament setting! Games will be streamed at http://twitch.tv/wardiii and there will be a $5 prize for first place. SC2Improve Winter League Qualifier #4 will be tomorrow at 1900 CET - http://www.scvrush.com/tournaments/246 to sign up. The Winter League is SC2Improve's follow up to the Summer League tournament and consists of 5 qualifier events before a RO16 group play and RO8 play off bracket. The overall prize pool is > £80 so make sure to get involved, as with two qualifiers left there is all to play for! More information about the Winter League can be found at http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=378582 Qualifier #4 will be streamed at http://twitch.tv/wardiii and will host a £4 first place prize alongside qualification to the RO16 of the Winter League. Those placing 2nd and below will receive qualification points which will determine the final seven seeds into the RO16. To begin with today at 1900 CET we have our 41st SC2Improve Weekly where players of all leagues can compete for the $5 Prize in a tournament which is always well-ran and from which random games are live-casted! Destructicon 4713 Posts January 15 2013 14:31 GMT #247 Hello, I've been with the group for well over 9 months now and I must say its a great practice environment. There are people always looking for games, willing to practice and give advice. Discussions run around the clock regarding either strategies or tournaments. If you are having trouble its easy to find someone to ask for advice or help, the masters and diamond players are usually happy enough too look over a replay with you and point out what you did wrong and what you can improve on, as well as just give you some basic pointers, recommend certain BOs etc. Of course like with all communities you'll have some black sheep here and there, but in general everyone is great, both for practice and for advice.

Sign-ups will open later in the week so keep an eye out around the channel. We have announced our SC2Improve Summer League! There is £400 to be won and our first qualifier is May 19th. You can sign up to that at http://www.scvrush.com/tournaments/362 and you can check out the TL thread at http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=408595 HotS and the new Group features have been fantastic for us - and recently things got better when we became a featured group! This has been fantastic for us as we have been seeing a lot of new faces around. In general the chat is becoming busier every day once again and everything is looking up! The activity in the channel is also a lot higher these days so please come by! Search in groups for "SC2Improve" to join. Make sure to sign up for SC2Improve Summer League aswell, you can see the info in the comment above . We are also recruiting for our two teams. In need of a protoss player and a zerg player for our A-team (masters+) and any race for our B-team (mainly diamonds). Check out www.SC2Improve.org to apply!
