Please make sure to read the statement from Naniwa that is linked in the full article before commenting.

Good luck Naniwa - really happy for you if you feel it's more in line with what you want with your career!
Quantic's roster keeps getting better and better.

To everyone asking:

"Core values" usually (maybe not in this case) means that someone, either the team or the player, wants more money, results, practice time, etc...

It's the polite way of saying:

"Shit was NOT working out."

Yeah and you took it out of context which was the exact reason everyone was pissed off about it, great job. Pretty much every single swede said he meant the drone pull was idiotic right when he said it, and he even comfirmed it himself.

Okay, of course every swede will defend his comments, and he will fix it later as well after he realizes how bad it was. But you can't deny he straight up called Nestea and idiot. Because that is what he said.

You can't deny that IdrA told mana to go fuck himself. Because that is what he said.
You can't deny that IdrA called cruncher a waste of life. Becuase that is what he said.
so biased it hurts.

and I said I don't like his BM.... and he is improving. I don't really considering telling someone to fuck off as BM either, but thats not the point.

I will state again, I never said I supported Idra's BM I only said he was getting better.

you're an idiot=bm
fuck you, go fuck yourself, you're a waste of life=not considered bm.
so so biased.

lol okay dude, you can think I am biased even when I said i dont like his BM.

That's not what I said. Bad reading comperhension. You said "I don't really considering telling someone to fuck off as BM either". But calling someone's move idiotic (which is what he did if you have the social ability called "reading between the lines) is horribly BM and should be bashed. And "you can think im biased"- You are biased. You can think the sky is pink aswell, but it's also a fact.

I said I don't think telling someone to fuck off or what he said is BM. That is my opinion. That is not bias. It would be bias if I was saying that idra's BM is awesome and funny. That, however, I did not say. I have said I dont like idra's BM. how is that bias?

I don't see how telling someone to "go fuck yourself" or saying that they're "a waste of life" can't be seen as hurtful if you're not close buddies or something. Especially the latter. o__O

you are arguing over my opinion. you are going to get no where on this. i never said calling someone a waste of life is not BM, because it is rude. Telling someone to fuck off could be just said out of frustration because the person is annoying you and what not. It is not as direct as calling someone a waste of life.

How is telling someone to fuck off not rude, even if you're frustrated? Just because you're getting annoyed doesn't mean you can tell them to "fuck off." If you want them to go away, just tell them to please leave you alone.

Gosh, maybe I'm just from the generation that values politeness. =/

Someone mentioned interesting comments on Slasher's show, so I decided to try and follow this thread, but it's hard to find useful posts, when you actually mind reading useless ones. And 99% of this thread is people calling Nani bm (who for some reason if you read their post history are actually idra fanboys x_X) and people who respond do idiots. This thread is a mess -_-
I guess I can find my info tomorrow ...

Relying on comments in a thread to learn more about a controversial situation is ALWAYS a bad idea. Even if the thread is full of quality posts, they are generally going to be opinion and on-going discussions and not necessary the facts at hand. If you want to know more about this situation you should read the statements given by both teams and form an opinion off of what you read. Then you can dig deeper by learning about the player/team history and decide who you believe more.

I think calling naniwa BM is dumb and unfounded when it comes to in game or post game antics. I DO think its reasonable and fair to call him someone whose difficult to work with. Dignitas choose not to resign him, coL choose to sell his contract, and numerous rumors about him being a bad teammate, rude to management etc (most recent source was todays, 12/8/11, episode of F Slasher)

Naniwa deserves a free pass for BM, because at least he's a great player. We'll call it the Idra Rule.

BTW, his reasons for switching teams seem perfectly reasonable.

Good luck Naniwa! I'm sure he'll do just as well on Quantic as on coL.

As for coL. MVP will continue doing well, but what will their core team do? Their strongest player now is probably qxc, who - while a very strong player - is nowhere near the level of Naniwa. Good luck to those guys as well.

It'll be really interesting to see if TriMaster hits korea in a week. I do rather doubt it, but Mr. Lake does seem like a rather trustworthy guy. I'll know - soon - whether my image of him is correct.

EDIT: Lake said "any week now". I guess I'll give him three weeks.

Hmmm he doesn't come off as cold in interviews, just socially awkward and slightly autistic, and not just in terms of speech but movement and behaviour too, objectively speaking.

Nestea is my favorite player, hands down. So when all that went down at Providence, my thoughts on Naniwa remained unchanged. Because I like players for there play style, not personality. Im still a fan regardless of his team and the way he acts (although he explained all of that). But there are many more players i would rather see win over him.

GL to him, Quantic and coL.

I guess all the behind the scenes stuff must be even worse than I've heard if coL are so eager to sell him. It's hard to stay a fan of him.

I don't make a habit of supporting teams (the exceptions are TL and SlayerS) so if this means that Naniwa will be happier, will be less lonely (that bit made me sad) then I can safely give it a 'Fuck Yeah' stamp.

One can only speculate the full reasons behind this, but no doubt his lack of professionalism at mlg providence must have played a big role into this decision. I mean this is a team that cut Destiny because they believed he couldn't professionally represent them well enough.

this rule sounds good to me, people can cry all they like about his personality, because at the end of the day, his tournament results were better than literally of Col combined, same thing going for many other teams
