Smart marketing can turn it around and cast that type of [miss]behavior in a good light, and most importantly bring in more viewers to popularize e-sports. If they want mannered people to join their teams, perhaps they should start looking for them in a Church ... or something.

Major League Gaming, probably the best SC2 tournament in the world, or at least outside Korea. Nestea, one of the most respected players in Korea and the world? I may have missed if he flamed MLG tournament, but he certainly didnt flame or BM nestea. Its just you people who want a reason to hate him. He said several times after the interview about winning MLG invitational, that he did not disrespect any of the other players etc etc. You have no idea what you're talking about. ![]() I find it funny that people choose to rabidly, zealously defend Nani and cast a bunch of down on JLake's statements, even when given Nani's history. People see what they want to see I suppose. What a bullshit post... It's okay when MC does his bullshit ceremonies, or when MMA does a kamehameha at IdrA? It seems that YOU have no idea what YOU'RE talking about. Nestea told Naniwa BEFORE the game PERSONALLY that he would CRUSH him. It was all friendly shit Naniwa did to him and he even stated after that he respected him alot, Nestea mentioned Naniwa in a interview afterwards. I find it funny that people choose to rabidly, zealously flame Nani and cast a bunch of down on his behaviour, even when he's getting better in terms of personality. People see what they want to see I suppose. Please stop posting for a bit. Sigh... I'm not gonna refer to Nani's incident in particular, but I always like to address this issue. When a player does a Kamehameha, or does a funny throat slash then proceeds to high-five the crowd when winning, or does a murloc dance, it's just a silly ceremony for the fans. It's for the fan's enjoyment. When a player openly bashes someone, flips the middle finger at someone, etc, that's just to cause anger, basically BM. It's extremely different situations, in extremely different contexts. The latter just shows how little most foreigner players know of showmanship in comparison to their korean counterparts, probably because the korean scene as a whole is so experienced at being public, again in comparison to the foreigners. NO. Kamehameha at someones booth, isn't that just as bad as doing thumbs down? MC pounded on DRGs booth in the GSTL. IdrA already said he was playing along with MC when he flipped his finger. If you take the finger flipping so seriously then perhaps you should do the same with the throat slash. Lemme act like you for a sec here... OMG MC DID THROAT SLASH TO IDRA? HE WANTS TO KILL HIM IRL WTF. Given how socially awkward Naniwa is you can't expect his "ceremony" to look super natural as all the koreans do in their ceremonies. First everybody thinks Naniwa is boring and bland. He does something funny, gets flamed! That's the SC2 community for you... I think the most funny thing about this "OMG Naniwa BM'd Nestea!!!!! is that during the Korea vs World event, White-ra thumbs-down MC. And NOONE said anything about that. White-ra is too mannered to do a thumbs-down. Instead he did an upside-down thumbs-up.

Best of luck to naniwa and i cant wait to see who the big name player is that complexity wants. So far they almost managed to get root and stephano and have nabbed naniwa and qxc so when they something big is coming i believe them. This is hardly drama free, considering what Jason Lake supposedly put on Reddit.

Naniwa and Major should form a team. I don't know what for or why but they should.

Nothing wrong with that IMO, in real sports this is happening ALL THE TIME, yet no one brands professional athletes with the mark of the devil. Smart marketing can turn it around and cast that type of [miss]behavior in a good light, and most importantly bring in more viewers to popularize e-sports. If they want mannered people to join their teams, perhaps they should start looking for them in a Church ... or something. Yeah you are very much right on the spot. Just for example If Idra would flip someone and Artosis said "omg he is such a bad ass Idra!" - everyone would be - _Yeah ok he is bad ass i can go with that_ If Naniwa would flip somone and Artosis said "omg he is so bad maner" - everyone would just right away start hating on Naniwa. Simple idea how you can twist things around.

Either Jason Lake is a douche (unlikely) or Naniwa highly offended the team somehow (how?). or Naniwa wanted a team that was focused on Korea and could provide him with not only companionship but also high level practice partners. Something that Col., objectively, could not do? Yall just can't even consider a non epeen drama filled scenario can you ? >_> Yeah I guess that could be an option... if they weren't sending tri-master over. Thing is Naniwa is by far their most high profile player. To sell him off with such animosity from Lake at that means something big has probably happened.
