Yes, they certainly are going to give a Code A spot to a forth tier foreigner.

Get off your high horse, please. Destiny can and has taken games off of Haypro and Demuslim, both were given spots.

I also have taken games of Haypro and Demuslim on ladder.....

and if you were notable, and training a pro-gamer house, you could probably get a code A seed

oh stop people. 3 weeks will make him better but nobody is going to argue he will become the #1 foreign zerg in 3 weeks.. it's a great training period and a nice opportunity for a guy who hasn't been to korea to go to korea in the name of sc2.. just be happy for him.

3 weeks later....
Destiny wins every single tournament starting January.

No, but all seriousness, is 3 weeks really going to help? If anything I could see it influencing his overall practice regiment when he comes back to the states, but in terms of radical improvement....

Ya that short period of time is going to do nothing for him. Unless he uses the tools around him in the startale players but I'm sure hes just gonna ladder on kr and he already does that. Just my opinion but I think you need to stay much longer to start to see improvments.

Unfortunately 3 weeks is not going to do anything to him accept introduce him to hardcore practice korean style, hopefully he can arrange longer trips in the future but I do understand his more personal side of life with his son etc. So I'm not sure if this is going to be a success unless he stays for longer periods (Maybe 4months+) I guess it's entirely up to his commitment to the game and his strive to become one of the best in the SC2 Era.
There is a theory which states, that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly dissapear and be replaced by something even more inexplicable. There is another theory that this has already happened.

3 weeks seems pointless, by the time he is settled and focused enough to start learning he'll be going home

Don't know where you got 10 days from, he is returning on the 9th of January.

I think what he might gain the most is a sense of a strict practice regime that he can bring home. Seems like his biggest problem has been motivation and structure in practice which has led to a stagnation or perhaps even decline in the quality of his play. I don't know how much he gain improve while he's there but if he is able to learn how to efficiently improve that could make the trip worth it unto itself.

If Destiny keeps a strict practice routine over in Korea, there is no doubt he'll improve somewhat, 3 weeks isn't enough to become the top player in the world obviously but an experience such as this one can influence his own practice regimes if he comes back after three weeks.

Also, I hate when people mention the people he has beaten, I've beaten demuslim idra etc which i will won't deny feels good but it does not make me a pro caliber player. Destiny needs to show results in the bigger tournaments which have not been there for him.

I dont see why people think 3 weeks isnt a long time. Thats kinda like saying if you skip 3 weeks of school or a sport youll be fine. plus 3 weeks everyday practice will do a lot

After coming home from Korea, he's going to stay with Catz for a bit for Snowboarding. I think the 9th is when he arrives back in Nebraska.

that's an awful analogy... 3 weeks is nothing, what is the point of going if you aren't going to stay 3 months +
