We are sincerely sorry for the way these issues have popped up at this event and i know for a fact that all the major tournaments experienced some of the issues that we experienced as well.
Way to accept blame. -_-

whether he repays the debt he has already or not, there are so many accusations and charges against him (between trying to bribe mOOnGLaDe in an attempt to get him to join his team, "sneaking" his own players into the tournament and pretty much everything else mentioned in the last 24 hours) that there's really nothing he can do to redeem himself aside from calling all of those accusations as hearsay with convincing proof, which he clearly didn't do in this apology thread, essentially blowing his only chance at a little bit of saved face. tl;dr gg out son

was he the only one managing the budget? i'm very confused as to how such a thing as this could happen, especially when IGN gave him MORE than he would have beenable to spend? gambling?

If he does not pay me it is fine; it benefits the community by showing that he is full of shit. We will judge from his actions

IPL/IGN Was supposed to have Tastosis Casting the whole event so obviously IPL/IGN didn't pay for the (Girl Casters) to be flown because they didn't even know that Gus was bringing his own Casters.... he mis-used those funds that were originally for YJY and And the 4 Team Cube members who also Qualified. I bet he used that money to Fly his own Team to the Event and basically said Fuck you to the rest. Where else would the Money of Gone when IGN/IPL Gave him More than Enough... to Cover he Costs...

The members who did nothing wrong should form a new team, and the current name and all remaining members should be blacklisted. This is beyond underhanded and shady from a team that just keeps churning out bad press. I can almost assure you the entire team knew this was going to be a cluster fuck. Anybody directly involved would have known. Plenty of people are to blame for this. Gus is a fucking douche and is obviuosly where all the hate should be directed, but he did not do this on his own. A single person would not be capable of fucking this up entirely on his own. He had associates, people other then himself must have known how much money was coming in, and where it was coming from. What it was being spent on etc etc. Are you really sure? It seems for me that the whole tourney was so fucked up because Gus was only guy in charge and didn't plan anything accordingly. They may be some people who knew something and didn't intervene. But you can't blame them by a lot. I don't think that Gus took any money for himself. He wanted to come out big with this despite having no experience in organizing big events. So he underestimated the costs and then never wanted to get help, but just tried to fix the problems somehow which made everything worse. Thats by no means an excuse. The way he acted showed some criminal energy.

Sorry, I have been reading a lot about this story and have no clue what is going on still (what the fuck is the ppsl, something ign sponsored, why is there a tournie in the phillipines? was like idra and such normal people there? anyways...), but my ignorance aside, why does no one believe this guy? I can (sort of) understand if you don't like him, but is it a matter of you don't believe him? I mean stealing, bad management, whatever, as long as this guy isn't on the lamb, can't he just simply be held accountable for any missing money? Besides legal action, it doesn't exactly sound like he's trying to run away. I mean if he's incompetent, I get it. Great. But besides 'sorry' for management issues that we just do better about next time, the issue of problems that can be fixed, isn't he going to fix it? Do you guys not believe him or something? I mean doesn't someone from TL know where this guy is right? Is he just in the bahamas right now with loads of cash, or is he somewhere, after saying he'll correct the situation? it's not just about the money lol.. you would know if you actually read through the replies, even without having read any of the other threads

Apparently everything bad that happened is true? There is the tweet about gus paying the hotels bills now, apparently. I've also never seen someone just get shat on so hard after giving an apology. Quite surprising.
