Well, eSports has no governing body so it can't officially ban someone. But I doubt he'll ever be involved in a IPL tournament (or any other serious event) ever again. | ||

How would he be banned, and who would even do the banning? In any event, I can't see any company giving him another shot, so in that regard I guess he is artificially "banned" but I'd really love it if he was punished through legal action. | ||
