Also a good excuse to take a break and move around drinking tea while playing SC2 sounds so classy. i should start doing that... probably will help myself calm down after a match as well.

Being innefective, it gives off a lot of heat so locally, over my mouse hand, it gets really warm. I would do the same for my keyboard hand but I have 2 problems: 1: No room for a lamp on that side 2: I don't have another such lamp For my mouse hand, works like a charm!

Fill your sink (or bowl) with fairly hot water, and bathe your hands in there for a little bit. Like a couple of minutes or so. Then immediately dowse or bathe them in cold water. Not for as long of course. It'll feel great, trust me I know it sounds crazy to use cold water to stop cold hands... but don't knock a working method. :D You should be good to go, but, if you have 2 seperate bowls or sinks you can repeat hot->cold a couple more times (less time with cold, more time with hot). It really reduces stiffness and boosts circulation I think. Give it a go if you think I'm mad.

warming up, exercising you fingers often soothes the feeling, also if you use ergonomically designed input hardware you can minimize the symptoms (the best ones are really expensive though) 100% solution to the problem would be a powerball (google it), excercise 10 minutes per day and it completely prevents any RSI related phenomenon, most people don't bother with it but i bought one and my RSI completely disappeared. if i were a korean player coach i'd make it obligatory to have and use one side effect is that my forearm is starting to be popeye-like;)

when ur heart is weak your body reacts by having it only pump blood to the most essential organs in the body. fingers and toes get low priority compared to liver brain and kidney if ur feet are also cold all the time as well... see a doctor

![]() Also, fingerless gloves are just great, though you have to get used to playing with them, it feels kind of weird at first

Also try drinking hot tea/coffee/chocolate to keep your hands warm from just holding the cup. I like this :D I usually just take a break after a few games and wash my hands in warm water lol.
