Extremities (hands, feet) get always cold first when room temperature is too low. For a quick warmup, I recommend putting your hands in warm water for a minute. Not too hot, of course, dont burn yourself. This works much better than rubbing or using a heatpad (like the pros at gsl). Thats because water has a relatively high heat capacity and immersing the whole surface of your hands will yield better results than just warming up a fraction of it.

Best thing I've found is to get some small weights, and to actually just do some weights between games. Bicep, tricep curls etc. Worth looking everything up to keep it all in balance, but eh. This is such a weird suggestion.

This is such a weird suggestion. Dude you have an overclocker's wetdream right there man. Overclock the shit out of your comp and when someone goes "hey what kind of cooling setup you using?" you can laugh maniacally and let them know "nothing but the OEM fan son" Boom. On topic though, I have this too, usually I do a combo of putting my hands in warm water for a bit, doing a bunch of pushups and putting on a sweater as a last resort.
