Is it killing eSports? Not really, but it would be nice to see champion pictures on the TL news page.

I think people who want to avoid spoilers should take this approach. If you to experience the "live event feel" several hours later, you should not be browsing the internet. I think creating a spoiler free version should be enough to appease those who really don't want to get spoiled. But for those who want to know the result, there should be a headline to match the magnitude of the event.

I've always thought the spoilers were kinda silly but I thought the majority of people would hate all over me if I said anything -__- Good to know I'm not the only one! I don't have time to watch all the tourneys and I find it frustrating that I can't just switch over to TL to see "I wonder who won last night?" You can. I don't see the need for any change. If you want to find the results, you go on TL, find the LR thread for the event and there it is, or the Recent Tournament Results page on Liquipedia, etc. There's the live scoreboard type stuff that sites like ESFIworld have, but for TL I don't see the need for any change. People shouldn't have to be spoiled if they're just on their way to the strategy section or something. Apparently I'm the minority for thinking this, maybe it's different for me because I'm not in the time zone that most people are hence I can't catch a lot of stuff live, but people need to understand that for some people, knowing the result kills the enjoyment of watching the event and making it an extra click for the majority to make things great for the minority really doesn't seem like much of a sacrifice.

I'm from a different timezone to most tournaments and usually can't watch live; I also often can't watch GSL live due to the poor connection from Korea to my particular ISP in Australia. Having said that I hate the whole spoiler bullshit, as long as I can bookmark a link to spoiler free VODs I'm totally fine with TL publishing results on the front page, and I think it's a great idea.

Or... if you want to know the results or discuss them, go to the tournament's thread. It's a much smaller deal. We already got TL pro so I don't know why it's even an issue.

I'm sure there are other sites that are similar... so I'm fine with TL being different not having immediate results on front page.

I would blast my brains if I had to go through this spoiler crap in regards to athletic sports.

That said, I totally understand not wanting matches to be spoiled. Maybe use TLPro/other teams similar websites to celebrate? At least for TL themselves, this solves the problem, as that part of the website has massive spoilers anyway what with the twitter feeds and other "live" elements. Other teams with less used websites might have some significant troubles getting the news out however, but linking to them in spoilers tags never hurts.
