Zergs generally dont attack with the "legs" they walk on ... they all have extra "armweapons"
Edit: other then that ... yes, looks like it

I'm all for more creep mechanics. I have suggested for a creep bomb ability for the corruptor. At least ONE unit other than the overlord should utilize creep.

The back looks like some sort of nest, where little broodlings or (equivelent) come out with range attack.
The problem with these things is scale. We don't know how big these units really are...

So, how come no one has done higher contrast on it yet like they did for the terran unit XD

You mean the colossus? Broodlords could be considered as siege units in that case.

yep thats exactly what i was thinking as well, the way the thing on its back is positioned it looks like a cannon, and the rest of it looks like a roach

I see the hydra head.. am excited :D looks like a siege unit, except for anti-air :D

I legitimately think this is the closest guess I've seen. I don't think it will provide/cost supply, but I could see it being a unit with high hp/armor that can be burrowed strictly for walling purposes. I think it looks a lot like a hermit crab, myself, and think it could burrow behind that big back shell to block areas off.

"Siege unit"+Fungal Growth=wtf.

Looks like siege to me and a mix of the hydra and the roach.
Interesting.

Must be a roach with more destructible rocks ( i know the idea is from the terran units thread^^)

loads banelings and shoots them in the air?

Any1 thinking air unit? kinda looks like it could open the shell thing and have wings coming out of it
Flying hydra?:p

The pic reminds me of this

I can't help but think of "who's that pokemon" with these "who's that unit" thing blizzard is doing.

It could be like a zerg version of the thor. Light air AoE damage and a utility based ground attack like marauder slow.

Thats a great analysis, other than the Hydra part, I think it's a Roach. The front claws are straight from the Roach and the front legs are thicker and more sturdy, indicating stability for sieging up. The ability to shoot Banelings would be weird and amazing.

Looks a lot like a biovore for Tyranids in 40k, and if the comparison holds, it's a slightly immobile long-range artillery unit.
From what I've heard the devs say isn't a siege unit the thing that's missing from zerg? (in their eyes)
