definitely looks like some sort of auto blink back hack to me, coming from a toss player here. he wasn't even looking at the fight or selecting any units and they were blinking back one by one

Guys seriusly watch the video.
Its clearly a hack, guy jumps to 600 apm, stalkers are instantly reasigned attack commands, and he wasnt even watching the battle for a while.
Do report him.

This is just incredibly lame. NO ONE can blink that well against stimmed marauders of all things. At least there's an easy to way to prevent these kinds of micro bots - insta ban any players that peak insane amounts of APM.

What is kind of pathetic about this hack(and the hacker) is that he still lost the engagement.
Shows you how much macro matters. But if this was in the hands of a competent player 0_0

Oh didn't you guys read the patch notes for 1.4 carefully enough. It clearly stated that stalkers now auto blink away from the engagement and re-engage once shields are lost. This is totally legit!
But seriously good work spotting it and reporting it accordingly, even though he won the game for you  I know I probably wouldn't even notice it lol.

100% hack. i wish there was a way to "interigate" him in order to discover what hack he was using so blizz could stop the source of the cheat, instead of just the one instance of the cheat. perhaps they have something set up i dont know about. . .

It is pretty much the same thing as that roach burrow hack/cheat that came up a few months ago.

yeah thats a hack for sure.
there was mineral, select all units, and map hack back in brood war. once you select all units your APM will jump to like 1000APM depending on how many units were selected.

God damn it wish blizzard would get their act together and stop allowing this shit to happen...
I'm not just talking about making Warden not useless, but ban these fuckers. I played with (he was ally in random 3v3 game) an obvious maphacker, uploaded reply on hacker database end everyone agreed yet I check his profile several weeks later and he's still been playing games -.- no fucking idea why he wasn't just permabanned.

It's a hack, no question, the most obvious giveaway is that his stalkers are getting blinked back up onto the ledge, which is obviously not something you'd do by choice. That, and the fact that sometimes this happens to two stalkers at once, and as previously mentioned they immediately get an attack move order afterwards.

Like many other people advices. Make a nice long email to blizzard with all the info you can gather, and hopefully blizzard will care enough to perma ban him.
Seeing this makes me happy I've never been a victim to hacks or cheats.....Or have I? O_o

I'm so sick of all these hacks coming up, especially in a competitive ladder such as sc2 compared to BW back then, I really hope the morons who make these hacks get caught one day. Here's to hoping. Great find, definitely a hack.
