Is there a way to check training hours? Also how exactly do training hours work? If my sponsor gives me -2 training hours does that mean my players train 2 times a day instead of the usual 4?

@ redhelix: look at your players profile page, somewhere at the bottom is tells you his daily practice. with decent dedication, he should be training for 10+ hour.
@shannn: how do i hire staff? is that team level3 only?

Yeh you need to be level to hire staff.

Yea level 3 allows staff.

Ouch...took a sever beating in the first day....only my captain can win a game here and there...the rest of the team only knows how to lose it seems T.T lol...
Is it better for me to keep sending them to tournaments every 20 mins or to just let them practice for a few days/weeks and then start sending them to tournaments? Im getting sad for them lol poor players always getting knocked out in the first or second round in plastic....

Thanks lefix! Also whats "decent dedication"? I have a few players with 6.6 and 7 that only train 5 hours 30 mins and thats with -2 training hours, would it be worth it to go for khaldor at level 2 or just stick to more money?

The higher the dedication = more training hours = better increase in skill. You should focus on dedication if your player is young (18ish years max).
You can worry about money later on. Untill you're like level 4/5 you should be focussing on getting the stats instead of buying/getting high income (obviously combination of both is best).

i put focus on dedication on all my new players until it's at about 8-9. if it drops below that again, i focus on dedication again :D unless they're like 30ish years old.
with 8-9ish dedication and khaldor sponsorship i get like 10-13hrs of training

with 8-9ish dedication and khaldor sponsorship i get like 10-13hrs of training 30 years is quite high seeing some can retire at 27ish.
I have a player that started with 9.3 dedication and I'm at level 3 with Idra's sponsorship (+4 hours training) I get 16 hours of training).
1 tick gave him +1.6 increase in macro and he's only 22 years old. So in few days I'll be able to get him up to +7-8 avg in all stats and then he can start owning it up in plastic league xD.

Woot won legoland 618! Finally a 1v1 win, so many 2nd's let alone 3rd/4ths lols.
|
gz it's nice when you can win one finally, happenend to me the other day.
Also, when did you guys get your team house ? I'm at the end of level 2 and i have 300$ and lose 50 everyday...I won't have money before a very long time because it seems it costs a lot to run a house :/
|
I'm level 4 so I took out a big loan to get one. Figured I'd never get one the other way so I'll go bankrupt or succeed, sink or swim baby!
|
I'm almost level 3 and getting scared of poaching... Seems like teams with a lot more money could strip my team of my few consistent winners. Does getting lawyers really help your defense that much? If I lost my players I'd probably just quit this game lol.

What happens when/if you go broke and still have a loan? It says my income is $0, will I lose anything tomorrow if I don't make money today?

If after you borrow money and you're still in the red (meaning if you cannot loan more from the bank) then yes you will go bankrupt and then you will lose all your players and start all over again (players, level etc).
|
But when you start over, you only get to chose from 8 players I believe.
