My avg elo is hovering around 2000 now... My best guy hovers in the 2550-2600 range. Don't really know what I'm doing really since I need to save up like 6000$ more, which will take forever. | ||

I'm having trouble winning any tournaments at all, and am currently at $-255. You're complaining about your average ELO?  But yeah, retiring players really sucks. My players are all below below 20 save for one who is 20.8, so they're all pretty young. My ace is 18.2, and he has a ridiculous rate of growth (Macro went up from 7.9 to 8.9 in the last training tick, and that's even after his Dedication has degraded from 8.6 to 7.7). | ||

My problem is I'm set up for right now, but not for the future. My best players are at least mid-20s. So I've been hitting the market hard looking for young players with high dedication regardless of their stats. But it's slim pickings EDIT: Found a 17 year old with 8 dedication and decent stats named seXHigH. You better believe I grabbed him lol | ||

You can bet that I hardly won any tournaments (they all started at sub-4 stats, save for Dedication and the odd player with 7 Macro or Micro). Only NoiseSmile is competing at all, and my team only just now started placing about Ro64. | ||
