He was definitely Diamond level already, probably Masters. May be not in Korea, but NA level at least. Remember, when you watch a replay the player always looks much worse than he actually is.

You gotta be kidding me. One of the greatest SC1 progamers of all time with his mechanics and game sense, can't make Masters? Even if it's the Korean server, SC1 progamers are a level or two above everyone else. It is inevitable that they'll catch up.
I'm pretty sure if the showmatch was between Yellow and some random Korean Master instead of Boxer, the games would be a lot closer. Boxer dominated MLG and the earlier seasons of GSL, you can't expect someone who just transferred over to look even close to that skill level.
