I just copied them. Zerg lose more in in week 2 GSL but it was not the case during SSL qualifiers and GSL week 1.
"Best" terran in TvZ Byun lost yesterday to Losira. What im trying to say i would not call Solar/Byun best players currently because they played Lotv longer.

So basically the fun thing is that people are so used to see terrans lose that they think it's a super imba race when it does not (or they say "see hahaha terran not weak you bloody noobs!") but I don't think winrates can go below a certain point in starcraft because there is always a way to circumvent imbalances, that will work a decent amount of times because of the lack of information / fog of war.
The GSL/SSL stats are interesting but I don't know if they use the same mappool (which is quite restricted with vetoes) and if the mappool allows for balanced series at all.
I'll try and see if the protoss playing in the SSL are better than the ones in the GSL which might explain the différence in.winrate.

Why would you assume that the win rates would be similar with such a small sample pool?

Not arguing with your claims, just pointing out to anyone using these statistics that one Bo3 going the other way makes >1% difference on the final result. Variance is just too high to make conclusions. I'm pretty sure that if you took such a small sample from any period considered reasonably balanced, you'd get similar numbers more often than not.
