I personally think a lot of teams could learn from FXO, there is no point having players who have lost interest or are too busy to train on your roster. If you are trying to run a business then you have to be considered stupid to keep players after they evidently stop caring or trying (not talking about glade here, just the amount of players signed after beta who have given little or no good shwoings in 1 year).
