That "...Also, SC2Con decide that except..." is mistranslated.

It will still be a good tournament. It will also open up spots for players who did not get a chance to play season 1.

Well translate it better for us please, so i and everyone else can read it as close as possible to original Korean.

These are objective statements, and thus can't really have massive bias behind them. It sucks for NASL and it seems like they tried their hardest to resolve the issue.

Google translate said this: On the other hand, NASL players lined up on Season 1 were not paid the deposit yet, has not paid cash, too. In addition, South Korea Teams FXOKorea recently merged with FXOpen except for the NASL Season 2 All teams and players decided not to exhibit at.

Replace "sc2con" with "Korean teams."

NASL players lined up on Season 1 were not paid the deposit yet, they did understand that the deposit was a guarantee against players not playing their matches and that people who did dodge games would not be paid back... right?

Things just got interesting.

But its still written by a member of the advisory board of Sc2Con and the Korean teams all discussed it together, so thinking Sc2Con had no involvement would just be silly, thing like this is why they exist.
I just wanna read the Korean Teams statement already D:

Who cares. Koreans are good, very good but that doesn't mean that the rest of the world is bad. And it's like 25$ wich is nothing for all the matches you get. Looking forward to S2!

TIG article is stating that they weren't paid yet. It's not like korean teams demanded their security deposit/prize money to be paid sooner.
|
NASL still have a month to pay those deposits/prize money. Any term payments usually come at the end, anyone in business or knows what net 90 means knows this. Hell a lot of people who get thier credit card statement don't pay until a couple days before due date. Everyone should know this.
Again just an irrelevant whine which is hiding something larger..

They sort of did. By saying "we won't play until prizes are paid and deposits are returned," means, pay now. Or, delay your season by 1 month and we'll play then.

If we already purchased a ticket can we request a refund now since the product you advertised is now completely different?

Yes, he is a member of the advisory board of s2Con, but that doesn't mean he is speaking for s2con or what not.
We don't know which teams were part of any discussion that happened.
You can't assume that because 4 out of 9 teams of s2con acted together, s2con must be involved.

Was that posted by The xian? Because unfortunately, his role is literally just advisory. He has expressed disappointed in many of S2Con's recent decision making and ignoring of recommendations by himself and others like him. So I wouldn't necessarily conclude his statement as one directly linked to SC2CON's decision making
