The very fact you asked this question, shows that you dont deserve a responce x.X;

apologies are the best thing to do, i think. hopefully somebody translates this apology into korean, don't want the westerners to look like the big bad wolf. and like others said, maybe apologize to milkis?
also apologize for playing that race

Not even an apology to Milkis? Heh. My respect is lost until then. And I doubt EG will get it back.

The burden of proof is on the accuser.
Hopefully, this means no real lasting damage was done.

I guess if the player agrees with it first, other than that no? That is what I got from reading this wall of text.

I believe an apology for Milkis is in order here.. Milkis wasn't even the messenger. PlayXP was the messenger. Milkis was just translating what the messenger said. If anything, EG should be pissed at PlayXP for putting up the article before Puma was officially signed. Milkis did nothing wrong. If he didn't translate the article, someone else would have.
Without Milkis, we wouldn't even have known what had happened on PlayXP, so he was indirectly the messenger when he translated. This is also more or less the reason why he was bashed, because he brought this up to TL.

Extremely disappointed. Does he have to apologies for having a different opinion then him and debating that with him? What? he deserves an apology after being accused of dishonest journalism and defamation, to say the least. Well after the information that has come to light, Milikis effectively promulgated and defended outright incorrect information. Maybe not with his translation, but with his decision to appear on Lo3 his side was clear. Oh god, how has this not been put to bed yet? Milkis is perfectly within his rights to be biased AS LONG as it doesn't affect his translations. He's free to have his opinions and voice them through mediums like twitter. If you're not conviced, as a Korean speaker, I have read both the source article and his translated version and found absolutely no added bias.
Now AG is way off line if he wants to hold Milkis to some sort of journalistic standards because HE'S NOT A JOURNALIST. He's a volunteer translator for a community website. All he does is take articles and make it accessible to a different audience. Please for the love of god stop with the ignorance.

The case of going to TSL before talking to Puma at all seems to be, imo, a disagreement between letting Puma know that they're interested in acquiring a Korean in general. Is it wrong to let it be known in a general way that you're interested in Korean players? Maybe, I'm not sure. But I don't think it was a case of saying "Hey Puma, we really want you on our team" which it seems like some people are making it out to be.

I find it amazing now that both sides have come up with explanations and apologies, that people are still finding ways to target someone (EG/TSL/Puma/Milkis, you pick).
Let this rest, please.

Nice to hear a response.
I think the only mistake EG made here is to entrust the discussion of such a sensitive area to a 20 year old. Even football stars have a manager to discuss these issues for a reason. I would bet a lot of money that all that has occured here is that some miscommunication because the kid struggled to explain to Mr Lee the circumstances properly.
I can't comment on how thing's are like in the business side of eSports, but I can assure you that what EG has done is not reflective of the norm. In sport clubs talk to clubs. Clubs talk to player managers. Clubs do not talk to the player directly first. Even in business I know plenty of people who despise headhunters for the same reason and I can safely say Mr Lee probably feels the same wat.
While EG has done nothing illegal, continuing to do this will annoys parts of the community for sure. This is merely something to consider in their business model i.e bad press for getting good players. It is not without precedent.

We at EG, and PuMa himself, both feel that this situation has been unfairly blown out of proportion.
No kidding.

Wow, I think this is the complete story now.
If EG is telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, there really should be no public outcry. No party did anything incorrectly at all, and I look forward to seeing EGPuMA play

This statement makes a lot of sense to me, and was pretty much what I guessed had happened. Puma just now signing with EG is strong evidence that EG didn't actually do anything wrong.
People need to chill out.
Good luck to EG and EG.Puma

When writing something down, i dont see the point in stating something 6 times, if someone doesnt understand they can just reread it. It sounds like you wrote this like you would write a public speach.

I also always felt that EG did nothing wrong to begin with, and this further reinforces my belief. Good luck to EG, Puma, and TSL as well, hopefully everything goes well for everyone involved.

What did they do to Milkis? Please explain; I've missed it entirely.

Sounds feasible... I'd much rather believe the whole thing was more of a misunderstanding than whats been suggested on these forums...
