I'd love to jump on the bandwagon and blame EG for stealing a player, but unless we know all the specifics, you can't say anything about it.
For example, EG could have approached Puma only to ask him whether he might be interested in joining EG at all, before approaching the team managers of TSL. Of course after that TSL will not be happy for losing their ace in the follow-up procedure...
But hey, this is a young and unregulated scene, stuff like this will happen... It happens in professional soccer all the time in Europe.

Now what I wonder most is, if they will pay Puma an appropriate salary or tricked him as there is a good chance Puma isn't aware about how high a salary he could get in a major western team.
disappointed tbh but I can't really blame puma at all. Dunno what his salary from EG is but getting money to go to foreign events is definitely an incentive for any good korean (Who would place high consistently)

Yea ... The way Koreans do things is totally different to the Western way. Koreans are based on Loyalty, Honour, respect. If you want to negotiate for a team's player, then you go talk to the team and strike a deal with the manager/head coach. Going "under the table" so to speak, is a great offence to Koreans/Japs/Chinese/ any oriental country in the Sinosphere. So props to FXO for their integrity.
That said - if EG are paying him well, then well done EG! I want to see players get rewarded for all their hard work
TSL is for sure breaking up. The only good player they have left is Killer, and he's nothing special. Holy balls though, IdrA will now be practicing partners with EGPuma.
