Someone who was discussing whether Korean netizens may have been untreated fairly got listed on Kim Ga Yeon's affidavit for the case, purely for discussing the case.

Big fan of Boxer, big fan of Jessica (because they've given me more than I have given them). I can never support trolls. If you ever want a holiday in Japan, pm me and I will offer you and your friends any spare space I have.

If you're a female and you join a progaming team and you might not be as skilled as the other members - get ready to get flamed for all those reasons. This debate isn't about white knighting or affirmative action towards females in progaming scene, it's about the time people look past such differences in a game where you use your knowledge, experience and critical thinking.
In modern world, you must look beyond cultural differences (especially when you enter something that is international). This is a case of walking down a street where "Fuck you" is written on the wall and getting offended by that. Will you go to the police because of that?
Starcraft community is taking itself too damn seriously. Some things do not truly matter ("Oh my god, he called down a mule as he was winning!"), learn to look past them. There's a lesson in everything, and if you want everybody to see you, you have to accept that not everybody will see you how you like to be seen. Play, watch, learn and enjoy. Don't be so self-indulgent, some of you. Some of you that go to the korean police because of internet matters, especially.
How she acts and what she is about to do is stupid. That's the end of that. You're right. Now post some pictures of your sister so we can shop that onto a pornstar. I'm going to pretend for a sake of the argument that I have a sister. If my sister wanted publicity as Jessica does, she would also pose in front of photographers and let her picture be posted on news websites for everybody to see. When you enter such a scene, it's stupid not to expect such an outcome. Do you see where I'm getting at? If someone photoshopping them onto a pornographic image is against the law and punishable(*defamation*). They would expect to be taken to court, and Jessica is completely within her rights to do so. Wouldn't you expect to get taken to court? Do you see what Im getting at? No, I don't. As I've stated in my original post, some things are to be expected and completely irrelevant to your life/success in the progaming scene. As some other poster noted, would Emma Watson be right to try to track down every guy who photoshopped her pictures? Some things might be illegal, but completely harmless even if you're not stoic. She is within her rights to do so, but why would I expect the police to waste their time with such nuisances? Going back to your post about my sister, wouldn't you expect such thing to happen in this situation? You're a young girl and not well known for your starcraft achievements, yet you join a top-class starcraft progaming team and let the public see you. What sort of person wouldn't foresee this mess? i don't expect you to reply to this at all, but to anwer your last question: i kinda dunno, what sort of people do you think half of us are? i'm sure we want/[wanted] her to do well, on top of many other hopes, and ideas and a simple thought is that this incident is a preventing factor What sort of people half of you are? Idealists, I would say. The world isn't always fine and dandy and you can't always take out your wheelbarrow full of gold out for a walk in a busy city and expect everybody you meet to be happy for you. When you put yourself out there in the public, at least grow a thicker skin. Stop dodging. What gives you a right to tell people how to feel? Oh, I wasn't dodging. It just takes time to get through all the posts here. Respect my right to slowly read through forum posts, please. And freedom of speech gives me that right, doesn't it? I can't make them feel that way, but I can surely tell them my opinion on the situation.
Lol.
Next question. Is it acceptable to shop nude photos of 22 year old girls?

It sucks that it even got to this point. I think she handled it ok with the exception of the 16yo girl deal. Though I think by that time she would have felt so attacked that she couldn't help but respond.

That explains nothing about who they're suing, I'm sure anyone getting sued would complain about it and cry innocent, so linking one picture doesn't help.

Incorrect. That's merely a twitter translation of some random korean. Doesn't say anything about jessica suing every tom dick and min chul for mentioning her or eve's name.

There's an explanation in the OP of who he is and how he got included in the affidavit. Kim Ga Yeon is apparently going for an extremely broad sweep.

It's time to make trolls responsible for their own words. Don't think you can hide in the internet. I don't think this is overreacting. This is her legal rights. If people threaten or make hate speech towards her, she totally has the right to sue them. Not reading them is not an option cause the speech they made can kill her reputation. Time to fight against internet bully, it's not ok to ignore.

Korean netizens are, from what i hear, often very aggressive and over the top. I don't mind it if they don't know the boundries and overdo it and then suffer the consequences.

From my previous post: Where are the OP's sources then? (@OP sources would improve the credibility of your write-up) Also, there's no direct translation of jessica's posts about supposedly wanting to take legal action against all the trolls and critics on the internet.
Also in question are the OP's Korean->English translation capabilities. If I had to make a guess, your parents are korean, and you learned korean from them. But that's just a wild guess, no offense.
I question the reliability of the OP in giving us the correct interpretation of this story.

Many actresses had committed suicide in Korea due to pressure from flaming. Slayers_Jessica is brave enough to fight the flamers, or you prefer she swallow it up and takes the coward way?

Im with jessica on this one. She might be overreacting? sure, but so do the ppl who atack her. Maybe next time people will learn that respect is something that is gained hard, and lost fast. I have found many bad mannered players in my day in both broodwar and starcraft2, and in some case i did lose my patience as well (and most of the people consider me good mannered). Also i think it shows a very narrow view of the world to think that a gaming team is not a place for a girl. Simply put, the only ones who have anything to say about that is the team and the girl, nobody really cares about what a bm guy thinks (except the guy himself i guess).

I agree with Jessica but I dont like how she made it public overall. She's just aggregating a beehive by taunting netizens and poking them with a stick. She may in the end be able to eliminate the beehive but in the end she's not going to come out too pretty either.
