I think you got problems mate. What I think you should do is always calm yourself. Think how foolish you would look when you rage over a ladder game.
If you lose, make yourself do 10 push ups and some jumping jacks. Physical activity releases stress mate, and it will help you in long term (You would be a bit more in shape).
I thought I raged pretty hard, although I don't slam anything.
I just shut my eyes and tighten my fist up really hard until I feel like I've calmed down. Anyway, what did you break the desk with? It couldn't have been with your hands..

When in Counter-Strike some faggot peeks where it doesn't even make sense and gets a randy one deag, that's when the rage boils.
Oh god you have no idea how close I've come to doing this over the past 2 days. Dropped from plat to silver in the space of 2 days. Playing 8 hours of ladder on tilt per day is not a great idea if youre looking to improve your MMR...
Im not even having that much of an easy time against the goldies/silvers ive been playing.
Just hating life, quitting for a couple of days, hopefully i get my confidence back
Once had a knife at my table and stabbed the wall after thinking about it for a few seconds. Wont ever do that again. I have a punching bag in the other room though, so if it ever happens again I always can go a few rounds with it.
haha yes i did the exact same thing to my desk actually when i lost to iNcontroL with 5k minerals to continue my 0-30 streak against him (now 0-40 lol)
Only reason you would post this would be to brag, like raging this hard should be a badge of honour. I'm sure everyone gets angry from time to time at ladder, personally the most I have done is swear out loud when I'm home alone or perhaps a medium strength desk slam with my fist no where near enough to cause damage. Imagine if you beat someone and they broke their desk, I would find it hilarious.
Think about how lucky you have it having even electricity, clean drinking water, food and a safe place to shelter compared to many out there or really how unlucky some people get either dieing in a car accident or getting diagnosed with a terminal illness when they are you. When you realise just how good you have it you won't let small things like this get to you. The sad thing is most people don't reflect on how fortunate they are. IMO we should make time every day to be thankful for what we do have because often it's only in bad times we realise how much we take things for granted. P.s I'm not even religious...
Usually when I rage I just get mad and run out of my room really fast. Well one day I left my door closed...yeah. Ran into the door pretty hard and now its fucked up =/

I should probably just get a new chair =/ one of the times I had my guitar on and it smashed against the wall, no damage thankfully but scary as hell. Oh yeh, also scary as hell flying backwards head first lol (guitar is more important though)
You really need a proper chair, buddy. That sounds like a serious hazard.
Never broke anything while raging.I always walk up and down in my room, hands on my back with a grim face like a evil dictator.I do that till i calmed down a little then i start the next match. ^^
I have a glass desk (similar to the one in the pic) and i would propably kill myself if i break it cause it was so expensive. ^^

We are in a constant battle with our own psychology and in the moment of an emotional event, like Starcraft, all reason is thrown out the door.
I envy someone who is able to go through life appreciating everything they have day in, day out. I think most people inevitably take things for granted though and perpetually desire more.
