I remember the NASL application video for Ensnare on the topic of rivalries, "I want to play Idra. Him call me faggot, I don't forget".

I like Rain. He set a goal for himself and he's doing everything to achieve that goal. He's a man with a plan. Good luck to him!

I wonder who he'll be living with? Somewhat strange that he's not going to a team with a house like Reign or EG, hopefully he's a strong addition to Fnatic anyway.

The interview gave me the feeling that he mainly wants to learn english and take care of his future after sc2.

Sounds like Rain knows some english, so he does understand.

I remember when IdrA played Rain on Scrap Station, Rain made some rather embarassing mistakes (letting mutas kill all his tanks) and after taking him apart IdrA commented in the stream chat:"This guy won 27k USD" and after he was asked"u jelly?" he said "i'm not jealous, just sad"

If you saw Rain in the NASL qualifiers you'd see that he's more than good enough to compete with the best foreigners.

Rain's english is pretty good. <3 He's one of the nicest people ever.
Can't wait!

Amazing hair.
I personally think it's really important for young people (i.e. early 20s) to travel abroad, meet new people and broaden their horizon. Best of luck, Rain. Enjoy your new life in New York and the new experiences interacting with people and SC2 players from other countries.

Awesome interview, thanks for the translation. I'm really looking forward to see what Rain can do in the foreign scene.

Thanks for the translation. is there a possibility to translate the FXOz interview of playxp ?

Good ol' Idra, leaving his "impressions" on people all over the world.
|
Gl to rain in the future! And thanks for translating Milkis.
|
Sound like Rain want to find Idra and give him some refined cheese ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
|
Good job and gl to Rain! I hope to see him on TL if he isnt already on here. )

I always liked Rain. It's a bit like Rainbow. They're both slumping a bit, though Rainbow obviously quite a bit more, but I can't help but like them. He also gets a bit + from me for going into the foreigner scene. I'm not sure how he'll do, actually. He's obviously a good player, but it remains to be seen if he's going to in any way "dominate". I expect he'll be up there.
Good luck Rain!
